 + -1 moreThey prearranged a time range they would show up in, and they did. They very efficiently removed the existing thermostat, and installed the new one. The assisted me in setting up my account with the thermostat app, and helped me connect it with our wifi. They asked me how I wanted the thermostat set up auto or manual, and I chose auto. After all was set up they checked the operation, and we showed me how to use the wall unit and also the remote app. They were in and out in about an hour, and all is working well.
Description of Work: They installed a generic wifi smart thermostat to existing HVAC furnace and air conditioner

 + 1 moreThey've always been very punctual. It's a family run business. They're courteous, professional, and do a good job. They typically send two techs for most service calls. You couldn't ask for a better company. Fred, Tom, and Richard came out to do our inspection.
Description of Work: This is our first call for service. Most recently they inspected everything before we moved into our new house.
