They inspected the roof and found a damaged tile and flashing that needed replaced, they did the repairs the same day as the cleaning. "I had CertaPro give me an estimate to paint six exterior shutters, along with my front door. The sales person seemed very professional and knowledgeable. One the painting crew arrived on 04/01/2019 (April Fool's Day), work was completed. I looked at the website the sales person provided me, reading the information on the recommended paint again. I noticed the paint can label online was a different color than the one the painters used on my home. The paint the painting crew used on my exterior of my home was INTERIOR paint!! I have no words to express my thoughts on that. The crew repainted my shutters and front door with the correct exterior paint. Once the crew left, I inspected the paint job a bit more. To my disappointment, the one painter just slopped black paint all over my white trim around the shutters on the second floor. I had to climb onto the porch roof, use cleaner and a magic eraser to clean the trim surrounding my shutters. Again, the sales crew was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately,they don't have painting staff that exhibits an attention to detail. They used interior paint on the exterior of my home and did a sloppy job. AVOID frustration and AVOID this company!!"

Having called 5 other local contractors and getting only 1 on-site walkthrough and no estimates, we did a wider search and called Integrity Painting. Owner Scott came out, took measurements, made recommendations on getting some necessary plaster work done and sent me an estimate on our project later that day. Once the work started, the painters from Integrity arrived at 9 AM or earlier every day of the job, The work space was always neat and orderly, we received a text or phone call on any days we were not onsite. Upon completion, the space was put back as it was when the process started."

"J E Construction powerwashed and sealed my deck, reanchored some decking and sealed my wood fence, I will say I thought they did a good job. But, on day 2 they forgot their sander for the railing and had to use mine, they also forgot the deck screws, I had some which he said he would replace.....,still waiting. Although not in the quote he said he would repair one of my 8x8 post....,still waiting. They did move everything off of the deck to do the work and I thank them for that, me and my girl friend put most of it back on, no big deal. Once again, but, at 69 and 60 years old we still have our grill and a large storage box in the back yard, I think I have someone coming today to help me with these....I paid him good money but now that he's been paid he does not seem to want to finish the job even though I have called him several times. ( just a heads up to everyone )"

Mr. Bautista came and evaluated the job in person, offered a quote and agreed to do the job. He worked diligently to complete the job to my satisfaction. "Deck Doctor recommended replacing my deck floor and top rails. During tear-off my old deck, they found a carpenter ant infestation, but still did not recommend replacing my spindles and railings. After 3-4 weeks of on-again/off-again appearances, my deck was completed. I did a walk-through inspection. The poor workmanship was readily apparent. Spacing was irregular and inconsistent. Floorboards were not nailed down and were spongy to walk on. Nails were rusty. Seams of boards were not inconspicuously placed, but were placed right in the middle of the floor, making it look unprofessional. Floorboards were of uneven lengths at the ends, causing fascia boards to not lie flush. Corners of fascia boards were not metered and corners did not match up. Floorboards were not secured to the sub-floor joists. Carpenter ants infested the spindles, which they said were fine. The whole deck had to be torn off. They charged me $7000.00 and now will not return calls or make it right."
