+ -1 moreThe owner Maciah Anderson came out promptly and did an inspection to work up an estimate. We got the estimate a month later after several follow-ups. From there we had to continually follow-up to try to get a firm date for the work to be started. Maciah repeatedly assured us (in August, September, and October) that we were on this schedule and he would get to us in another 3-4 weeks, each time with an excuse about another job that was taking longer than expected, but offering the hope that he’s going to hire some help to speed along his backlog. After several months of this we finally had to cancel the contract. Maciah should have been more forthright about his apparently very limited capacity and should have been much more responsive. We feel that we were strung along and treated very disrespectfully. I would never recommend this highly unreliable contractor to anyone for anything.
