 + 0 moreAfter the landscapers came out to install the 6 pinetrees they assured us that if we had any problems with them they would come out and replace anything we needed. Well, 3 out of the 6 pinetrees turned completly brown after not even 30 days and we told them about it. The owner told us he would come out by the end of the summer and replace it. He never showed or called us back. We tried many times, but he totally ignored all our attempts to contact him. Finally we ran into him and he apologized and said he would call me in 2 weeks to let me know when he would come out. He did it again, he didnt call, didnt call me back. That was in March 2011. Now i am really upset with this costumer service and the way we were treated. I would never recommend them just for that reason, we spend a lot of money and didnt get anything for it. I could have done it myself cheaper in the end. No matter how hard the buisness is and how difficult it has been the last 2 years but a phonecall is free and there is no excuse.

Description of Work: LANDSCAPING THAT REALLY PAYS: We recently had our home appraised. Much to our surprise our home has increased 8% per year over the last 3 years compared with a market rate of 3%. I talked to the appraiser and she explained that the value of the property increased by the sheer curb appeal of the professional landscaping work that was performed. Our stonework and landscaping returned us $3 in increased value of the house for every $1 we invested in the landscaping. This might not seem like a lot but it amounted to over $75,000 in market value.

Description of Work: Called for estimate on extensive yard work including removing brush, installing fence, removing tree stumps and seeding. Company returned my call the same day I called, scheduled appt for that afternoon. They were on time to appt for estimate and were very courteous. (I have not received the estimate yet, so not sure if I will use them.)
