Description of Work: Bill and his team re-designed my front yard landscaping. He had some great ideas and once he got a feeling for what we wanted, he took it and ran. He was very appreciative of our budget and did everything he could to stay within that budget. He had added little touches here and there and made our yard stand out. He will be our go-to guy for years to come.

+ -1 moreThis was our second year using them, and we intend to use them this coming winter as well. Pros: Very friendly Easy to reach Good reliability Respond quickly to phone calls when needed Good w/ details, remove snow from front stoop and sidewalk Cons: Not always there on time in the mornings, have to call, averages 2-3 times per season. Overall, excellent experience with this company. We will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We signed up for a yearly contract for snow removal from our driveway and sidewalk.

+ -1 moreMy experience with Terrapin was great. They responded promptly to my request for a quote and were providing snow removal services within a day from when I spoke with them. My driveway was cleared well before I left for work in the morning and again before I returned home for the day (if necessary). Often times my front walkway was shoveled too; I'm pretty sure this was just a courtesy to me because I did not request it! I have a stone driveway and was concerned about the ability to have it plowed; there were no issues discovered after the winter thaw. I would highly recommend Terrapin for this service. Their price and quality were fantastic. In fact, I am going to be contacting them soon to inquire about their landscape services.
