Description of Work: FIXED 2 VENTILATOR FANS- ONE MADE A LOT OF NOISE AND ONE DIDN'T WORK. ONE FIXTURE WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL - HE SUGGESTED THAT THE MEMBER NOT USE THE SAME TYPE OF WIRING AND IT WAS SOMETHING THE MEMBER COULD DO HIMSELF AND SPEELMAN DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THAT. ALSO CHECKED LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM.
