The material was installed and it appeared fine to start with. Within a few months the ceiling portion starting dropping and one of the shower caddy shelves started to come off the wall. We called several times and finally got through to someone and the after several calls the repairs were made. Shortly after that we heard that the company had gone bankrupt. We recently noticed that the caulk between the wall and the shower floor liner was coming loose and a black tar like substance was coming through. When we removed the caulk we found that there was about a 1" gap in the corner where the wall liner had been cut too short and had been caulked in. It finally gave through. In addition water leaked between the wall and the shower floor liner and it looks like the whole thing will have to be removed and replaced. We're out $3500 and it has been a terrible experience.

They were to install a complete system; tub, wall surround, and window. They come in and take measurements to make the custom liner, that went fine, they came back and did caulking. I noticed a day after they installed the tub the caulking started to bubble due to poor installation, they came out and looked at it and they had ordered a defective tub and they needed a new one. They came and installed the 2nd tub and after the installation I looked around and noticed 6 things I saw that weren't right, the owner came out and said he saw nothing wrong, I asked him for a refund and they did not agree to it. I have to look at this mess every day and it makes me very mad. The tub is not level, the tile is not installed right and the project doesn't look good at all. I had a real problem with the owner, he was rude and would not acknowledge my complaint.
