NOT RELATED TO THE WORK THAT THEY HAD DONE APPROXIMATELY 2 MONTHS AGO, I DID NOTICED THAT AGAIN I NEEDED THEIR SERVICES FOR ANOTHER SECTION OF THE ROOF. WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS BEFORE THY COULD COME AND LOOK AT IT. THREE WEEKS LATER I CALLED AGAIN REMINDING THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND NOTHING. I BELIEVE THAT THEY FEEL THE I WILL BE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR PREVIOUS JOB. SO APPARENTLY THEY DONT'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!

Since he sealed the window properly, we haven't had any leakage problem.

I will highly recommend them. They are just perfect and I will give them a perfect rating on everything. Everything they did was perfect and they paid very much attention to detail. We recommended them to everybody. My son was just as happy with their service too.

So far it's held up. They came out and did what I wanted done, and they probably could have charged me more but they didn't.

They arrived at 7a.m. and finished the roofing in one day cleaning and removing everything. They returned the next day and completed the gutters, sofft, downspouts, etc. Very nice and polite.

This was the best service we ever had, after having previous roofers. They did an excellent job are are very reliable!

They were very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They displayed their knowledge of different types of products.

They were prompt, professional and we never found even one nail on the ground...with the tear off and installation of the new roof, we thought that was pretty amazing.

A very good experience. These guys came and took off the old roof, put down new plywood sheathing and r-roofed our house. They were here each morning and when they left, there wasn't a trace that they'd been here except for the progress on the roof! They were pleasant, easy to have around, and very professional. Their work was excellent. When we discovered there was no insulation in the house, they added that to the job and we are very pleased with their work.

They were prompt when we called and they were courteous. We got a couple of estimates and we felt like their price was fair.

I used Branch Roofing, which became JL Roofing, in Akron to replace my flat roof. As soon as the owner of Branch left, things started to go wrong. JL Roofing, although the owner was working for Branch at the time and gave me the estimate and warranty, refused to honor it and wouldn't return my calls. Not using Kozlowski the first time was my biggest mistake of an entire home restoration. As soon as Kozlowski stepped in, I never had any additional problems. Although it cost me thousands to correct the problems of Branch that were not addressed by the new owner, I'm glad I have a roofer I can always rely on and use forever.

Jeff responded promptly to my telephone calls and was helpful in selecting shingles. Excellent workmanship by three-man crew who cleaned up thoroughly each evening. They used a truck so debris was taken away each day. They removed some siding so that step flashings along side walls could be installed.

Mr. Kozlowski called me at work from my home's driveway. I was embarrassed to report to him that I had contacted my brother the same day I called his office and that my brother has a roofing friend that would help me for free. Rather than being irritated, Mr. K was congenial and understanding. I felt bad that he had gone all the way to my house for nothing, but I will keep him in mind for any bigger roofing jobs in the future.

Dealt with Ray Kozlowski. We both had busy schedules, however, once we connected, we spoke at length regarding the condition of our roof. Repair rather than replacement was recommended. Quoted $642, actual amount invoiced was $422. Once I agreed to the repairs, the work was promptly completed within the next week.

THEY WERE RELATIVELY SLOW TO RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST FOR BID. HOWEVER, WE DID CONSIDERABLE RESEARCH ON SUMMIT COUNTY ROOFING CONTRACTORS AND HEARD ONLY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, INCLUDING FROM SHINGLE DISTRIBUTORS AND FROM ONE OF THEIR COMPETITORS. THEIR BID, HOWEVER, WAS QUITE HIGH AND WE OPTED FOR A MORE FAVORABLY PRICED CONTRACTOR THAT NONETHELESS WAS WELL RATED BY THE SHINGLE MANUFACTURER.

THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO TALK TO AND WORK WITH. THEY CAME IMMEDIATELY AND SHOWED ME THEIR PRODUCTS, GOOD CLEAN UP, THEY LEFT NO MESS.

WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR ROOFING REPAIRS.
