+ -1 moreKris was very responsive and did an excellent job. He called me back the same day I emailed him, came out the next day to give me a quote and arranged to do the job within a week. He arrived when he said he would, got the job done in one day and did a great job of cleaning up. I've used Angie's list a lot and have never seen a contractor that had such excellent reviews. I can tell you that there is a good reason for that. He's reasonable, dependable and does great work. His very high ratings are justified.

+ -1 moreFrom the moment Kris comes out to assess and quote the job he is the consummate professional. He maintains a clean appearance, is well spoken, and articulates exactly what the job will require from a time, material, and cost perspective. Kris provides a schedule of the times he will work the project, and always shows up on time and ready to go. One thing that stands out with Kris is his commitment to cleanliness. He maintains a neat and organized jobsite, and before he leaves the premises, cleans up as he would do in his own home. Kris is flexible with material as well. He can allow you to pick up the materials or he will bring them, and he does not mark it up! Many people will insist on bringing the materials so they can make profit on that, but this is not Kris' approach. Of all the aspects I could give Kris high marks on, one of the greatest is the way he textures ceilings. If I tell you it is artwork, it does not do it justice. This is my third home, and I have seen my fair share of textures, but there is none better than Kris' technique. I continue to get comments and questions on how we did that texture. It is simply amazing. I would recommend Kris to anyone, and you will be hard-pressed to find anyone better.
Description of Work: Kris Kodzev of Kodzev Contractor Services quoted and performed installation and finishing drywall in our first floor guest bathroom, including texturing the ceiling, and repairing drywall in our finished basement.
