Never came for an estimate. It was a small job so maybe he was not interested. Sounded great on the phone and I thought we had found the right person for the job. I guess not.

We are remodeling our basement and needed to have drywall installed on the ceilings and walls in two new rooms. We hired Kris and his guys to do this and we are very happy that we did. From the very first contact, Kris was responsive and quickly came to give us a quote. We scheduled the work and Kris was there exactly when he said he would be each day. The work was completed on time and the quality is excellent. The attention to detail is outstanding and they cleaned up each day when they were done. They even worked the weekend to make sure they would not have to reschedule their next job. They were friendly and professional at all times. I highly recommend Kris and his guys. We will be doing more work soon and we have already discussed this with Kris and plan to have him back. It is very gratifying when you find a top-notch contractor that not only does exactly what they say but that you trust to the point where you can leave them in the home without you being there.

I cannot recommend them any higher than an A. Within in 48 hours of our initial call the issue was complete and we were very pleased with the result! I have given out their business cards to anyone who mentions they need drywall work done.

Kris and his guys were excellent. They were on time and very professional. Their work was fantastic and we would definitely recommend them to friends and use them again on any future projects we had.

Everything went ok at first; the guys were unable to come back on a Saturday as expected to finish the job, and because they couldn't find our number they drove all the way to our house just to tell us they'd be back Monday rather than leave us wondering. So that was great, really nice. However, (and maybe this is a lesson for us in making sure that cleanup is really done right and that everything is put back the way it was rather than assuming that your contractor will do that....although that's how I would do a job, as that's how I'd like to be treated by service providers) the guys removed a washer drain hose from the utility sink in our laundry room to use the sink to get water, do clean up, etc., and didn't put the hose back when they were done. We didn't notice it, and our first load of laundry that we did after they left meant a washer full of water drained all over our laundry/utility room instead of in the sink where it should, leaving us with a nasty surprise and some drenched home repair supplies (brushes, rollers, etc.) that will hopefully dry out and remain usable. Could have been worse, but not what we expected from someone with an 'A' grade and a super service award.

Kris' work was skilfull (looks terrific), efficient and well-priced. He responded quickly to our initial call, scheduled a visit to look at the problem and give us an estimate, and was able to fit our small project in during downtime between his other projects. He arrived promptly for both the initial visit and the actual work. He laid plastic to protect our wood floors and counter-top, worked clean, and promptly cleaned up after his work was done. Kris has a very professional and personable manner, making him very easy to work with. We will definitely use him again when we move on to other, larger projects in our home.

Kris was very responsive right from he get go and promptly returned our phone calls. He provided an estimate and got the work done with the time frame we desired. He was very pleasant and friendly. We received a couple quotes and Kris was the most reasonable.

Kris Kodzev and his team were great! I'm finishing my basement and needed someone to hang all the drywall and finish it. Kris and his team did a very professional job and the quality was great. Very trustworthy - I felt comfortable with leaving him and his crew in the house without us home. Had problems with bees that caused area of ceiling to discolor and soften. (Had bee problem taken care of). Contacted provider , very prompt response. Came out to give estimate. Advised what he would do, remove area, replace drywall piece, seal and texture the repair to match the ceiling. If I wanted to paint the area, that would be up to me. Appointment scheduled to have work done. He arrived promptly, professional and very pleasant. Removed portion of ceiling affected, discovered huge bee nest which extended beyond the initial area damaged. After discussing, I would have bee nest removed and he would return to complete the job. Once nest removed, he returned, I believe it was the following week, completed the repair exactly as we had discussed. The repair looks great, I did not need to paint the area as the match up with the texture material was perfect, once dried.

Guys name was Chris, very professional and knowledgeable. Called ahead of arrival, and was punctual. Came into the house and immediately went to work. He covered up his working area well, and kept clean along the way. Patched everything perfectly, sanded, and not a speck of drywall dust. I was impressed

Came on time, courteous, professional. Told me what he needed to do to fix the problem. Did great work. Covered all the furniture that was necessary so I did not have drywall dust on everything. Asked me about the design in the spackle, and was it what I wanted. Cleaned up at the end of the job. That is important to me! He did everything right and I can recommend him highly.

Call Kris NOW, he's AWESOME! I called Kris in a jam because I had a leaky skylight area and ceiling that needed repaired. Called him on Friday and he answered the phone on the first try. He set up a time the same evening to come look at the job and give me a quote. Because we were on a serious deadline he said the only way he could squeeze us in the schedule is if he came out Saturday evening. We agreed, happily, and he came by, did the repair, excellent work, timely and efficient, and cleaned up after himself. He was generous with his price and with his work, touching up a couple spots here and there for us as well. Kris is extremely professional, kind, Christian man, and I highly recommend him doing more work in my home with other projects in the future. Thanks Kris!

He repaired the hole with new drywall in about two hours. That included a trip to the store to purchase the drywall. My walls are old. They are plaster and have a texture to them. He created a texture to the new area that blends in perfectly with the old.

At first I was very apprehensive to sign up for Angieslist.com but I'm glad I did. Kris with Kodzev Contractor Services called me back within 24 hours of purchasing time online. He showed up clean, professional, and on time. He worked fast and did a great job. I'd highly recommend Kodzev Contractor Services if you're looking for someone to take care of a small or large dry wall project.

I called on a Monday and he got back to me on Wed. We set up a time for an estimate which was free and he came promptly on a Thursday. Then called Saturday with estimate and he came on Monday morning. Very professional and friendly good work the patch matched ceiling perfectly. He cleaned up the little mess he made. He is very good at drywall and plaster repair.

We had ice damage on the ceiling in our sun room. We removed a 4'x5' section and needed to replace the drywall and have it finished off with tape and mud. The ceiling has a smooth finish but the thickness of the remaining drywall was thicker in some parts and thinner in others. It was a little more complicated than a normal drywall project. I called several companies and most of them didn't return my call. Kris responded to my call the same day and made an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. If we liked his quote he could start the work immediately. He showed up on time and his price was fair. He finished the job in one day. He cleaned everything up and we painted the area the next day. He did a great job and he is very professional. We have other drywall work planned in the fall and he will be the person we contact. We are very pleased.
