I give them A+. They happen to be what the previous owners of the house used and we stuck with them. They are punctual and that's nice.

I had Biff's inspect my apartment complex prior to purchasing it, When they were done with the inspection, I asked for a uote to repair everything necessary to fix the apartment complex service. He quoted approximately 10,000. When I decided that I would just repair it after closing, he would not respond or keep that price. The lady that works in the office said that the quote only covered a few of the many issues. I believe that Biff's was manipulated by the real estate agent (who recommended him) and the prior owners to downplay the issues with the apartment.

As it wouldn't misbehave while Mark was there he checked everything he could and advised me to keep a log of what it does in the future. Most parts had already been replaced by another company that couldn't figure out what the problem was. He changed out our outdated thermostat after explaining why it would be a good idea to do so. He is very personable and punctual. He called 20 minutes out and said when he expected to arrive at my house depending on traffic. He also politely chastised me for not changing my furnace filter promptly. 😃

Prompt and courteous. Not only did the repair man fix the furnace but he went above and beyond by giving us some information to keep it in good working order. We will absolutely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. Great service.

Our furnace had been making a whistling sound ever since we had the ducts cleaned. We called Biff's based on the A rating on Angie's list. He was professional and knowledgeable. He analyzed and corrected the problem, changed some settings on the furnace, and performed preventive maintenance. He explained everything in detail and was very pleasant. There was no high pressure sales pitch to purchase an annual contract or other unnecessary services. We would recommend Biff's for HVAC work.

Biff's scheduled an appointment for me on short notice, arrived right on-schedule and performed the work quickly an professionally. The price for the furnace cert. was included with the normal service charge, something other companies wanted to charge extra for.

The blower motor on our furnace would intermittently not turn during an extra cold day. Biff's came out that day and diagnosed the problem. He quoted us for a new blower motor, but also let us know that our furnace was able to be replaced by the manufacturer due to a defect. We opted for the replacement, Biff's got our existing furnace half-working temporarily, and Biff's replaced the furnace the next day. They returned the old furnace to the manufacturer in Canton. The new installation looked excellent and there was no debris lying around -- we would have never known he was there except for the fact that the furnace looked (and sounded) completely different! This was our second experience with them - they are excellent.
