We had put down a deposit for new granite countertops. Our initial meetings with Steve were just fine and he was very responsive. After we put down the deposit, an employee came out to do the template. Again, all was fine and professional. After a couple of weeks, I sent an email to inquire on the status of our order. I received no response. I waited two days and called. I could not get anyone on the phone. I left messages. I again sent a follow-up email. After five days, I began to get worried and drove to the showroom. On the door is a sign reading "The Showroom is closed. For existing orders, please call accounting. I called accounting and left a message and again no response. I called my credit card company to have the charge disputed.
