I submitted a request on Angi Sunday evening & with in an hour the owner Kael with Plumbers Near Me called me. He stopped by to see the work needed on Monday morning. He completed the job on Wednesday. Me & my contractor were very impressed with his professionalism & high quality work. Great experience
Description of Work: We reached out to Kael on the advice of our real estate agent. We knew we wanted to fix a few problems on our new home. The work needed was more extensive than originally anticipated, but Kael explained everything that needed to be done and gave us the option to fix or not. Our 2 day job turned into 4, Kael and Logan even worked on Saturday to get us finished. I'm loving our new main level laundry. We're also now ready to finish a true 1/2 bath in our basement. All our water lines are updated and ready for us to complete our new main bath. They were friendly and very hard working. I would highly recommend.

I went online did my thing. Got a text from Kael and then a phone call. Set up service for following day at 10am. No call, no show. SIDE BUTTONED my phone call, ignored my texts, calls, message and everything until 1pm. FINALLY responds with the popular "family emergency" and then proceeds to say I'm childish for being upset that the guy that I had agreed to PAY MONEY for services, decided to ghost me. I even canceled a guy that I was gonna have come out because Kael seemed legit. My mistake. Now I must. go ANOTHER day with water. I would avoid this guy.

They did a excellent job on the pipe repair. They was quick and efficient. They let us know when they was on the way. They redone some of the pipes from a previous plumber had did. They are very professional and they cleaned up after the job they done. I would totally have them do the work if we have more plumbing issues. Please I would totally recommend them to anyone.

It went great. Kael provided excellent service. He is Honest, dependable , on time and does quality work. He has good knowledge of the plumbing trade. I have used Kael on several occasions. Most recently he gave up part of his Friday evening after hours to help repair a laundry room leak. He went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend Kael and will use him again.
