He was throughly professional, hard-working, neat, careful, polite, pleasant. We spent more than we had planned, but he did not pressure us. He just presented our options very clearly. In retrospect, I would advise: get another estimate (we didn't, and have some buyers' regret). But if you got with Mr. Electric, and are lucky enough to get Tony Harker, you'll be pleased with the work. Mr. Electric charges by the job, not by the hour. In our case, the replacement job took close to 7 hours, not the usual 3 to 4 because of difficulty getting the old panel out of the wall and getting the new one into the wall. At no point did Tony suggest that he might have to charge more. Tony explained that Mr. E does not load its electricians down with a long list of jobs to be done on a given day. They go to a job, finish it, and then see if there is another job. Tony, a perfectionist, prefers this because he does not feel pressure to rush. Tony cleaned up all his mess after he finished and took it to the company's duster.
Description of Work: Overall score A-, really, not A, but not the fault of Mr. Electric. Tony replaced a circuit breaker panel. I said above that I would use this company again; I mean that I'd definitely get an estimate from this company in the future.

It went great. I felt the electrician was personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
Description of Work: My bathroom light / exhaust fan needed to be replaced - it was becoming a fire hazard. I purchased the new fixture at Home Depot and I requested someone to install it. The contanted Mr. Electric who called me within 2 hours to arrange an appointment. We selected Friday which was better for my schedule. The electrician showed up on time. He reviewed what I had purchased and inspected where it was to be installed. I requested a extra switch so the fan and the light could be turned on separately. This was an extra cost but I fetl better being able to run the light without the fan. It took most of the morning to install the unit. The work was excellent and it looked great when completed. I did not check out other prices since I wanted the fixture removed before I had a fire. Good thing since the fan had melted and additional use would have been risky.
