 + -1 moreGood experience- Erik (the technician) was very patient and helpful. He described what the problem was, took care of it, and walked me though to make sure everything was working.
Description of Work: Removed virus and malware that were slowing my computer down, showed me how to effectively use my software.

 + -1 moreI have actually used them a couple of times, and one of my ipads is with them right now. I have used them for computers and ipad repairs. I have been very happy in both cases. They are very upfront about pricing. They are quite reasonable in my opinion, and they do not charge an estimate or diagnostic fee. They get in the system. They call or e-mail you, give you a quote, and tell you exactly what the problem is, what needs to be replaced, how long it will take, and whether or not there are parts in stock. Their communication is excellent.
Description of Work: I had an ipad repaired by Frogtown Computers.
