Frames people were punctual, and professional. The price is very good if you use them on a regular basis.

The exterminator arrived promptly, listened to my explanation of problem, explained the procedure he would use to get rid of the ants (including cost and effectiveness of the application), then worked quickly and efficiently.

Frame's came out and helped to locate places that mice were frequenting and placed appropriate poisons, with minimal danger to family pets. It really helped, and they did a half price follow up. The technicians both called 1/2 hour before there arrival, and arrived at the previously agreed upon times. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism.

They did a great job. The bill is very comprehensive, includes information on the exact type of spray and products they are using. He didn't try and upsell me or pressure me to spend more money. They are a local business that has been around for about 50 years.

The service went really well.Spoke to Karen, explained in detail the cost (which was alot better than the other pest control places i had called) and what they were going to do. She even set up the appointment with my tenants. Iam out of town, it was handled very professionally. Emailed me the receipt. i would recommend this company.

Very professional and reasonably priced.

I have used this company for over 15 years for insects (roaches) and about twice during that time for mice. Their return fee w/in 30 days for insects is almost 1/3 of the initial service fee.

I've had Frame's come out to handle wasp and/or yellow jacket nests every year for ~10 years. They arrive on time and do a thorough job. I like that they guarantee the job for the remainder of the summer although I've never had to call them for a second visit.

They gave us what was a reasonable guarantee of work and they seemed to have a good reputation. I wish they were cheaper but they did provide top notch quality of work. They delivered what they have promised to us.

They are very prompt and I always recommend them to other people.

They spray the outside of the house, both mailboxes, around the windows, and around the shutters. I would recommend them and I have used them every year for years. They do guarantee their spraying from spring through the end of October. If I ever have a problem they will come back and spray with no questions asked. I have never compared pricing but I don't think it is unreasonable for what they do. I usually don't even see the guy when he comes.

We had to leave the house for a few hours, they did their thing and we returned. Upon return there was a bit more residual spray than I had hoped but other than that everything went well and ants were gone.

Called and said they were to come out - I raced home from work and they never showed up.
