The master bedroom, master bathroom, and powder room contained wallpaper that needed to be removed so that the walls could be painted.  The verbal price quote was between $1200 and $1500.   They had difficulty removing the border in the bedroom, which understandably took extra labor.  Wallpaper in the two bathrooms came off more easily.  The painting in the bedroom was of average quality, but the master bath was shoddily painted, with bare spots on the walls and paint on the white ceiling.  They sent someone to fix these painting complaints to my satisfaction.  I paid the final bill of $2300 at this point.  (Note that the final bill was almost double the original verbal estimate.) When cleaning the master bathroom later in the project, I discovered that silicone caulking used to rehang the mirrors was slopped on the lower edges of the mirrors and the cultured marble countertops.  I called Errands and Moore to have this corrected .  The owner/supervisor refused to come and look at the caulking job. I was told that they had done enough for me and that they owed me nothing.   Further calls to discuss the situation went unanswered.  It took me 3.5 hours and 7 razor blades to get this caulking off the mirrors myself.  Errands and Moore should have corrected this situation but chose not to stand by their caulking work.
Most of the time Errands and Moore has been responsive and efficient.  The situation in the master bathroom could have easily been resolved by them.
The garage walls were painted to my complete satisfaction earlier in the year.
