"30 minutes before my set appointment I was called and notified that they had an emergency at the job prior to me and they wouldn't me out until the following Monday at 9am first thing. My appointment was on Thurs 3pm-6pm. Needless to say the serviceman came out at 1130am. Turned out my grandson overloaded a circuit and it kept tripping the breaker. So needless to say work was not needed at this time. Unsure if they would be my first choice for a more serious job."

"After spending almost 13 thousand dollars 2 months ago for installation of cummins home generator-it would not shut off after a normal automatic test. I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"

In house, garage, exterior, attic and crawlspace. Initially, He did a walk around/through my house. Then sat at my table for at least an hour going over everything and taking notes. The next morning I received a email stating the list of supplies needed and an estimate. The next day we met, I gave him his down payment needed to purchase the supplies. He started the job the day after that. I left him alone in my house, as I went to work. Totally trust him.! Nick is a young family man, husband, and father of two young children. Very trustworthy."
