Services we offer

New construction, remodeling, additions, insurance restoration, water damage, fire & smoke damage, vandalism repairs, hail & wind damage. We are a General Contractor. A GC is responsible for the following: -Maintain close communication with our clients -Estimating the entire project from the foundation to the final coat of paint -Pulling all permits under our own licenses and registrations -Coordinating the entire job from digging the foundation to obtaining the occupancy permit.

Services we don't offer

While we offer painting, drywall, and similar small trade services, those are generally a small portion of a multistage project. We generally do not handle jobs where only one trade is needed as we are general contractors. In addition, we are not competitive with small handyman tasks such as adjustments to your doors, leaky faucets, and the like. We are typically not competitive on jobs less than $10,000.

Description of Work: reluctantly came to our house to assess significant water damage after canceling the first visit at the last minute.Then said he did not "have time "to even give us an estimate until mid august .That never happened even after We said it was acceptable.And this was the owner himself!

Description of Work: David Webb builders were in charge of our fire rehab which consisted of first floor laundry and water damage to the basement level. Communication was very good and immediate repairs started on the gutting of the laundry room and half bath along with the suspended ceiling tile in the basement. |AAA Services did remove the carpet and ceiling tile and much of the interior scorched by the fire which was smoke damage. The fire was contained to the dryer in the laundry room. |With the reconstruction of the laundry room we had some additional work done at he time of rebuilding which included a broom closet. This is the area that was supposed to be separate from the fire restoration and was paid promptly when complete. |Our broom closet ended up being 2 separate cabinets and modifications suggested was to remove part of the cabinet facing and form 1 door from the 2 to allow easy access to hanging brooms or mops etc... |We decided to leave the doors as is so you just need to lower your head and look into the cabinet to hang the broom or mop to a fixture that I picked up at a local Home Depot. |The cabinets that were above the washer and dryer were removed and we ended up with less storage space because the cabinets were smaller than what we had originally. The soffit extends out 12" past the cabinets but the cabinets are centered above the washer and dryer so it does look ok. We did not get hardware on the new cabinets so this is something else that I will need to attend to. I question the rep from Webb Builders and no reply was received about the lack of hardware and the decrease in cabinet space was supposedly given as credit on the additional broom closet that we contracted on the side to have installed of restoration. |As for the work we are satisfied with the results but caution folks to pay attention to details and don't give in. We were living without a washer and dryer for a few months so we were happy just to get our house back in living condition. As for the hardware lacking on the cabinet doors I am completing installation on my own and have an idea of a rounded shelf to add to the end of the cabinet to improve the look or the overhanging sofit. |

Thank you for your review! I just want to take the moment to address a couple of your concerns, however: Cabinets: I ordered the cabinets the correct size, but they came in the wrong size. When this was realized, I told the carpenter to bring them to the shop as I was going to order them again. You had asked about how long the order would be and I advised 4-6 weeks. Clearly, I understood your discontent with waiting the additional time. You advised you would be building a shelf to the left of them that would fit in real nice. It was a non-issue. Price: As you may recall, I explained that on insurance restoration, we do not have the authority to set the price. Per industry standard, we use a program called Xactimate. Xactware is the company responsible for this program. Xactware, located in Orem, utah sets the prices on a zip code by zip code basis and revised the price lists monthly. Regardless of how we feel about it, we are required to use the program. In fact, your insurance provider uses the same program and the adjusters must follow it. If you look at line by line pricing, it can be discouraging. You might see we are paid $15 to supply and install a single door stop and think that is outrageous. The next line down, you might see the drywall is $45 for a single drywall patch. What you may not realize is that we must install the drywall and stop so the building inspector can approve our nail pattern. Then, we return to put a coat of mud and tape on it. We return the following day to do a second coat of mud. Then, on the third day, we can texture it. Surely, we make a lot of money on the door stop, but we spend about $300 doing a drywall patch that pays $45. Many insurance providers do not apply the law of common sense when disapproving our request for minimum trip charges. Your project was obviously much different than a single drywall patch, but please remember we are required to use pricing that non-trades persons deem appropriate.
