Description of Work: From the scheduled estimate / work - Troy was very quick to respond to our call for help. He sent an electrician, Kyle, who replaced 2 vanity lights: one in master bath & other in half bath. One light had to have some extra TLC completed to it (which brought the fixture up to code with his fix!) |Thank you for such outstanding work in a timely manner! Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angie's list for the work. I had a couple of low priority things that needed to be done and with the deal figured it was time to get them done. The men replaced a light outside of our garage that had not been working well (we had already purchased the replacement light) and they figured out how some outdoor lights were switched and helped make it simpler. Basically there were two light switches that were powering the lights and we didn't know this so sometimes they were getting turned on/off without us knowing because someone would flip one of the switches not realizing what that switch did because you couldn't see the lights from where that switch was. So they removed one of the switches and we now know which switch powers the outdoor lights. The men were on time, polite and did great work and explained everything well.

Description of Work: Replaced electric service entrance at outside of my home. A tree limb pulled it loose from the house and draped the power line down into the yard.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 hours of electrical work through a deal they were running. The guy who came was very helpful and a quick worker. He got a lot more than I thought he would be able to in the two hour period. Was very happy with how quickly and nicely he worked. He was very neat as well.

When I have additional electrical work that I need performed, I will definitely call Cousino Electric.

However, I didn't realize that I would have to pay for additional time and for an entire hour although it was not more than twenty or so minutes. I was still pleased with the work. Just wish I would have known about the additional $100. As you can see I am new to this. I will ask next time.

Description of Work: Brent Cousino arrived exactly on time for the initial visit. He was friendly, introduced himself, and was courteous. He offered to take off his shoes upon entering our home. He addressed the problems that I was concerned about and was able to fix one of the three that day. He took a fixture back to the shop with him, repaired it, and returned to re-install it. There was also another small problem that he was able to address. All the work was done well and in a timely fashion. Granted, the electrical problems I presented were minor, but it was very easy to do business with Cousino Electric, and with Brent in particular. I would recommend them without hesitation.
