They responded promptly to request for quote. the quote came in the mail a few days later. once i decided to go through with job, they had it done the same day they came and did a great job.

what a great job troy and his crew did. they arrived on time. they got to work right away and finished the job in a days time. they are professional and meticulous in their work and I and my wife felt extremely comfortable with them in our house. they finished the jobs,cleaned up and we were charged the price qouted. troy came back a week later to tie up some loose ends that was brought to my attention going above and beyond. Cousino electric should be your ONLY electric choice for angies list users.

I live in CA and my 87 yr old mother lives in OH. I rely on Angie's List to provide good quality recommendations for when we need work done. I would put Cousino's Electric on the very top of that list. I called and asked them to go take care of the list of items. I did not ask price, I just wanted it done right away and past Angie's experience led me to believe it would be fair. After the repairman (Kyle) came and did the work my mother called me to tell me what a wonderful worker he was. (My mother typically is rather hard to please with high expectations) Kyle took care of everything on the list and a couple of other items. He was fast and hard working. He was at her house for 5 hours. I could not be happier. When I got the bill I felt it was fair. One of the items I had them do was install a larger digital thermostat, which my mother didn't like. They went out the very next day and put the old one back. Troy - the (owner/manager?) was very friendly, competent, and returned my calls promptly.I am very happy with Cousino's, as is my mother, and highly recommend them.

We called on Wednesday, the appointment was set for Friday between 1 and 3. I arrived home at noon to find the repairmen working on the post light. They had finished the previous job early and came over to get started on our job. They checked the wiring and found it to be in good working order. The top of the fixture was full of water when they removed it for inspection. There was also a bee's next inside. They cleaned it out, caulked the space where water got in, and rilled some drain holes to prevent future trapped water. The bulbs in the four bulb fixture were blown when it shorted out, so they replaced the bulbs. This solved the problem. They were here, solved the problem and were on their way before the original appointment time. They also encouraged us to let them know if we had any future problems with the fixture.

Kyle Cousino was the primary electrician, and he went over my options the first day. We agreed on the the work, and he got to work. During the process he kept me informed on things he found and I gave him the ok to fix them because they needed fixing. He and his crew showed up everyday and worked hard to do the job right, which they did. I was very satisfied with the job. There was extra work that needed doing that I didn't show them, laziness on my part. Well Kyle found it and asked me what did I want to do. The price was so reasonable and the work good that I didn't hesitate to give him the ok.

The previous owners of our house badly installed a 220v outlet in the laundry room and left the wire just hanging from the wall to the power box in the basement. It shorted out and basically melted the box. They guys came in replaced the box, wiring and insulation. The result was a clean, professional (and most importantly) safe upgrade. And they only charged us $100. I'm sure they easily could've asked more. I wasn't there during the work, but my fiance said they were extremely polite and professional. Oh, and they came on the same day we called.

It went well. They came in when they were supposed to and were efficient. We were very happy with the results and were very satisfied. They were pleasant to work with.
