They did a wonderful job. I researched them on Angie's List and Better Business Bureau before I hired them.

They came out first and gave us an estimate. When we told them we wanted them to do the work, they came the next day and finished that day. They were very prompt and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and we were very happy with them.

I could not use the light at all because of the switch behind the panel was wired incorrectly. They also put in a new a new conduit with a new electrical outlet because of the work Everyday had done. They put in a dehumidifier and it had no electricity. So I had Cousino Electric Ltd to run a electrical conduit out with towards the dehumidifier. A few minor repairs like a pull machine that was not working.

Troy came to my home within 24 hours of my first call to provide an estimate. The written estimate was clear and concise. I changed my mind and added a few items after the original estimate and these items were worked into the job without any difficulty. Two electricians came to my home on the day of service at the agreed upon time. They worked nonstop for almost 7 hours (except for a lunch break, during which they obtained the parts needed for the changes I requested after the original estimate). My home was left clean and tidy, and all my requests were completed as requested. My home was built in 1952 and has solenoids and original wiring. They were able to do the work by updating service when appropriate and repairing the original service when that was appropriate. My experience from start to finish was outstanding.

They did a very nice job. They were very punctual and professional. They cleaned up after they were done and even mopped the floor where they had worked. We are very happy with the job they did and would be happy to use them again.

Cousino's gave a very prompt response to my initial phone call and provided excellent service the day after my inquiry. The two individuals who performed the work in my home were exceedingly polite, thorough and professional.

Cousino's arrived promply as scheduled. When they arrived they took their shoes off which was impressive. after asking only a few questions they were able to deduct where the problem was originating and proceed to fix it. they were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I also asked them to check a couple of plugs and lights that were troublesome. they repaired the lights asnd replaced the plugs. the overall charge was very reasonable and less than I had expected to pay.

Arrived on time, very efficient, took off their shoes and cleaned up afterwards.

Work was completed in two days. Workers arrived on time both days, kept us informed of progress and answered various questions that we had. At the end of each day both workers were careful to cleanup all work areas. Troy kept in touch with us throughout the job and all work was performed exactly as we were promised. My wife and I were expecting two days of headaches that couldn't be avoided. Happily, we were proved wrong!!

I had lost power to the garage. I tried several times to reset the breaker. Troy walked me through the correct appproach to reset it, and it worked. He was very professional, and it saved me a service call. I would definitely use their service again.

I called and left a message. Troy called me back within the hour. I explained the problem of no electrical outlets working on one side of my living room. Troy advised me to try the breaker box before he came out. It was the breaker box switch. Troy was so friendly and helpful over the phone. Very courteous and professional. I will call him in the future if I need anything electrical done to my home or if friends need any services as well. Most people we have had working on anything in the past have not offered their services over the phone free of charge! Very pleased and impressed.

They set up an appointment time for my day off, and came right when they said they would. They were very nice young men very polite and efficient.

troy bid the job fairly. his workers started on time and finished on time . they did some of the neatest wiring i've seen and i've seen a fair amount of electrical jobs.

After contacting several electrical service contractors I finally turned to Angie's List to find another provider. The first three were too busy or never returned my call. One call to Cousino Electric was all it took. They returned my call within 2 hours and scheduled service for the next day. Derrick arrived as scheduled and quickly determined the problem. A wire had come out of a push type connection in a wall switch. He repaired the offending wire and also changed the other two connections from the push in connection to the screw wrap connection to avoid any future problems with that switch. He showed up on time, got the job done quickly and professionally. If I need more electrical work, I know who to call.

I contacted Cousino and they promptly setup an appointment with me. They arrived on time and were friendly, thorough, and professional. It took two days for them to complete the work and they were busy the whole time. The cleaned up and were very neat with the installation. Their work easily passed city inspection. There were no issues concerning their charges. It was a good experience (though all electricians are costly) and I would definitely use them again.

Troy from Cousino Electric responded quickly and was very professional in explaining the extent of the damage, what would be involved in repair and restoring the electrical service in a safe and timely way. As promised, the electricians/workers were here when promised and completed the work in one 7-8 hour day. All workers who were on this site were very professional and accomodating. They took time to answer questions. They cleaned up when the work was finished. Should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use Cousino Electric again.

Great. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and through. We did experience a problem afterwards. A few outlets in our kitchen stopped working. We notified Cousino of the issue. They were back within 24 hours to fix the issue. No issues since.

Because of the storms we figured we would have to wait several days for the problem to be fixed, but Troy was very responsive and made it out within a couple hours. While the price was higher than we thought, it still was better than waiting around without power or heat for over a day. We will definitely use Troy and his company again. Thanks!

I was very pleased with their work. As a do it yourselfer it can be hard to explain your vision to someone you bring in mid project, but the guy who came out listened to me, asked questions and even made suggestions. He also informed of some things that I had overlooked (not as a hard sale, but just letting me know). He understood what I was trying to do and was timely and professional. The guys that did the work were some less personable but very professional (and thats OK I needed electricity not friends). They were timely, respectful of me and my home, and cleaned up after themselves.It was a good experience - I am pleased. I will use them again.

Excellent - in and out in a couple of hours. They were extremely courteous, and took off shoes when entering the home. May be looking to add additional lights in the home, and they will come back with quotes.

I called them, they were not certain if they could come out the same day, I had removed the old kitchen fixture from the ceiling, so I really wanted the work completed a.s.a.p.. They gave me the estimate over the phone for standard installation of a new light, which I already had on hand. They called back within a half hour and said they could have someone out by 1:30pm. Brent arrived on time, got right to work, took shoes off at door to walk in the house to the kitchen. He looked at the existing wiring and the lamp fixture said he would be done in less than an hour. He got right to work and started installing the light, I asked him a couple of wiring questions and could see that he was quite knowledgeable of the electric wiring and the electrical code. He did a very professional installation of the new light. He cleaned up after himself (I am not used to this being done, I usually end up cleaning up). It was a totally pleasant experience, the price was the estimate that was agreed on over the phone. I had to leave a few minutes before he was finished but I trusted him totally to complete the little bit that was left. I would definitely trust them to do electrical work for me again. Needless to say, I really appreciate that they were able to do this small job on the same day I called, a couple other electricians said it would be next week and more money or did not bother call me back.

Arrived on time and completed all jobs in the morning. Very professional and courteous. Explained procedures and installation options. Removed shoes before stepping on carpet. Installation of ceiling fans required running new lines and boxes and coming through ceilings. Cleaned everything thoroughly before leaving. Couldn't tell he had been there. Highly recommended.
