Very well and I hired them to do the whole house, they are punctual, take care to not make or leave a mess. They didn't mind my dogs bugging them

Gave me peace of mind that all was safe and some,points on what to be aware of. Guys were polite and answered my questions.

Provider walked through my home (both inside and outside) and made notes of electrical updates and/or repairs they felt were needed. I didn't expect to receive such a detail report, and not sure if all the work suggested is needed. I won't act upon the recommendation without getting two other opinions from different electricians, due to the cost associated with the recommendations. I think the cost of the inspection was a great price, and the provider was polite and courteous. I'm not disputing the recommendations of the provider. I just want a second and third opinion.

Evaluated electrical system in my house and later sent an email with estimates for services we had talked about. Gave several levels of estimate for different layers of service, which I liked. I haven't had the work done yet.

They inspected the house wiring system. I wasn't present for the inspection, however the follow-up information packet they provided was very thorough.

. Andy and Aaron arrived on time. They removed the old lights and installed the new ones. When they finished, they cleaned up all the packaging and deposed of the packaging and the old lights fixtures. The screw on one of the exterior lights that they had installed last year would not unscrew for me so I asked them to replace that bulb. They readily did so and treated the screw so that it would unscrew correctly in the future. Andy and Aaron were polite and professional. They did a great job.

They were punctual and professional. Cleaned up after their job was finished. I would recommend to all. Found the problem and repaired it quickly.

It went extremely well. The crew were extremely professional and friendly. Too many details to go into in updating the interior and exterior electrical system. All i can say is I was impessed with the company , and feel very safe in my home.

2 Guys showed up promptly. Very professional. Did a great job. No problem at all with quality of work. One guy did 90% of the work. Yet when I got my bill I was charged 1.5 hrs x 2 people at $90 per hour. No parts were provided just fixing what was already there. Just feel like that is pretty exorbitant for the work that was done.

The owner, Troy Cousino, was very accommodating and informative on the introductory phone call for service request. Two electricians arrived promptly on date and at time agreed on, introduced themselves, removed shoes inside front door, proceeded to the tasks at hand. Repairs took many hours to complete. A bit of sticker shock with invoice, but the jobs were all very well done. My only frustration: the invoice, which had detailed description of services performed, did not list specific itemized charges or number of hours, only the bottom line balance. Otherwise, I was very pleased with this provider, and I'll very likely contact them again in the future when necessary.

Workmen were punctual and professional. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed as to what they were doing. They cleaned all of the mess connected with their work before they left.

The work was done quickly and with no interruption in electrical service. The contractor arrived on time and finished the work that was required in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed. In fact, this was the second time that I had work done by this company and I called them back because they were so prompt with their service.

We were so pleased. We had called a number of electricians who either did not return our call or...once they learned the extent of the work...did not even bother to tell us they were not interested. I finally looked on Angie's list and found Cousino Electic Ltd. There were a lot of great reviews...so we called. They sent someone out the next to to check out what we wanted done. He was thorough and polite and professional. We got an estimate quickly and they began the job soon after. We were concerned about our elderly cats (22 & 23 years old). The cats needed to stay on the porch during this time and the electricians made sure that the cats did not slip outside or into the rest of the house. The work is finished and the house is up to date. We expected the cost to be a lot more than $5,000 because of the time spent and all of the work to do in this older house (built in 1948). The workers were great and seemed to enjoy their work...we did not hear any of them complaining...and heard no foul language. I was expecting to be disrupted for three days, but they did all of the work causing very little disturbance. And...the cats survived too!! :-)

One of the two coach lamps on my detached garage was somehow destroyed. The bulb was hanging, glass enclosures on ground, the fixture itself was in pieces. But it still worked! It looked terrible and electricity scares me, so I called Cousino to come take a look. Two guys were there within a couple of hours. The guys & I discussed options and I knew they wouldn't be able to replace just the one to match the other ... they were simply too old. They offered to take me with them to pick out a new pair. Knowing me, I would have picked the highest priced ones and I trust these guys. They'd done great work for me in the past. They came back with what looked like an upgraded pair of the old ones. Much classier, though. The install took them less than an hour and they look & work great! These guys were very professional yet a bunch of fun to deal with. Kudos to Cousino!

Cousino Electric were responsive and professional is setting up a time to provide an estimate for the work. They arrived as planned and called in to get the estimate from their office. They presented the estimate to my wife and the price was much higher than my expectations. They were informed that we would opting to have other estimates submitted due to the price. After their visit the estimate was emailed from Troy Cousino stating "Please understand that proper tools and equipment are used to fish wire through the walls" I responded stating that I believe the project was very straighforward with outlets being installed directly above existing service and minimal work was required to pull the wires. Two outlets were being installed 4 ft above existing outlet, one was run 6 ft behind an unfinished basement wall, and the pool table light was being installed directly below existing electrical cable. I then received an emailed response from Thomas Dec stating I was incorrect in my job expectations. This was due to "codes, arc fault protection, properly preparing the work site to prevent dust and drywall scraps, and cleanup". Then closed the email with "good luck to you" I'm an electrical engineer and very familiar with codes necessary to complete this work. Installing a 120V electrical outlet to meet code is not a difficult task. This work was ultimately completed by Perrysburg Electric for $400 in 3 1/2 hrs. This is over 60% less than their proposal. My experience led me to believe they present their proposals to be more complicated to help rationalize their costs. I'm confident that they would have done a good job in their work. If interested in Cousino Electric I would encourage you to get multiple estimates.

we were having problems with equipment in the basement knocking out the electricity. They explained there were too many electrical pulls on the one line so they suggested we put in a line exclusively for the basement. They check again after the new line was put in and there were no more problems. They did the work very professionally and quickly. We were very happy with the work and the way they explained everything so we could understand. We will definitely call them again if we need any other services done.

Lightning struck one of my chimneys at the end of June. During chimney and roof repair, I discovered electrical problems in the master bath, and foyer. I had used Cousino in the past for two small jobs after finding them on Angie's List, and contacted them. The job turned into a total over-haul of my electrical system. My home is was built in 1920 so there were many surprises. Kyle Cousino spent about eight days working here (the first day was 14 hours), with probably five different support electricians. They were always prompt, clearly communicated what was being done and why, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Troy Cousino communicated with my insurance company, and when I had questions following completion of the project, sent someone to check things out. He also visited during the project. I think you build partnerships in life. Finding people that are fair, and that you can trust is essential. Cousino Electric has been responsive, professional, thorough, and fair. I will call on them again, when necessary.

Went very smoothly, knew what they were doing. Took them a day and a half. Answered any questions I had. Think the price was fair for the work they did.
