Austin and team were right on time! He assessed the issues I had and suggested his recommendations. Very friendly and helpful! I only had a couple of rugs, so with the steam, the process was very quick! Sabrina wiped around the rug and the floor on her way out! I did have a bit of urine on my rugs so Austin let me know that he was going to hit the rugs a little harder but assured me the rugs would be dry in about 8-12 hours and he was correct! I’ve had other companies in the past that have left my rugs completely soaked for days - without the urine issue- so needless to say I was very pleased with my results. Austin explained the difference between steam and hot water extraction and to be honest I don’t know why more people aren’t using steam. I decided I’m getting all of my family gift cards for Accurate this Christmas!

Austin came out Saturday, 8/7/21 and went over 2 area rugs one time. Carpets were very wet so I had him bring tools back in to get rid of water. He said carpets would be dry next day. One carpet had dog urine on it and he did not get it out. He masked it with deodorizer. He said if he put more water on it it would still be alot wetter and would take longer to dry. Still smell the urine. I put stuff on it and scrubbed with my stuff. Will not use them again.

Scheduling was easy. I learned about the company from a coupon in the mail. They honored those prices. These prices were similar to companies I have used in the past in Columbus. For example, they cleaned the chair for $35, unlike another quote I got for triple the cost. The guys were friendly, worked hard, and got everything looking pretty good. I didn't expect it to be perfectly spotless. The furniture dried quickly. They did charge $20 extra for prespray stain remover. I don't know if that is a typical added charge or not compared with other companies or if it should have been included in the price as quoted. But I wanted the best effort at getting stains out so I went with it.

I had 4 rooms and a recliner cleaned. They did a great job and my carpets look great!!

We called Accurate Carpet Cleaning to come and clean all of our carpets in our home. We were able to schedule quickly, and the crew arrived on time. There were no surprise costs when they showed up. They did a very professional and quality job. They use a steam extraction method, which cleans the carpets better than other cleaning services I have previously used.
