The contractor provided good communication and even called to check on our opinion of the work once the job was finished. They had plastic down between the entrance and the basement to help alleviate tracking construction material and snow through our home.

No salesman called on us. The owner of the company, J P Simon came and explained what was necessary to fix the problem. No dog and pony slide show on a laptop. Just an explanation we could understand. When the job was started his crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. His foreman, Dale, went out is his way to keep inconveniences for us to a minimum. J P was always available to answer questions or concerns we might have. When the job was finished it looked great (can be seen on his website). The second day after completion we had a heavy storm and there was not a drop of water anywhere in the basement. We would HIGHLY recommend Warm and Dry.

The first application did not fix all of the problems. One call to Warm & Dry was all we had to make, and they came back and made it right.

He felt confident that what he told us would take care of the problem but if it does not he told us what his approach would be to fix it. The cost I listed is the cost if his services are needed. to fix the problem. The consultation was free of charge. Mr. J.P. Simon has many years experience with both pour and fixing basement wall problems. We will definitely call him again if we need his services.

Another provider had indicated we would need to dig out the foundation and treat it. Mr. Simon noted that the issue could probably be fixed by further extending the already long downspout. The house is on a hill and the water was probably partially draining back toward the house. This observation may save me thousands of dollars and Mr. Simon did not charge me for his visit.

Warm and Dry LTD was the first company to contact us to set up a meeting to assess the leakage in our basement. Since it was difficult to contact my husband, I left my contact information and left them a detailed message of our availability. In the meantime, my husband also left a message. There was no reply from Warm and Dry LTD and now it's been over a week and we still haven't received a follow up call. This is not a good way to run a business. We will take our business elsewhere.

JP was prompt with my small basement issue. He came out same week as my phone call to him to inspect the crack and suggest a solution. He made a 2nd visit to complete the work. Both visits were conveniently scheduled for me. No time away from work was needed. JP stands behind his work with a no strings attached guarantee. I will call him again if any other basement problems arise.

I found Warm and Dry on Angie's list. I explained that I had a disaster of a crawlspace that no one would help with. As their website says, the owner J.P. called me and came himself to my house to check things out. He wasn't intimidated by the mess, and explained what we should do after only 15 min of looking. He and his crew made time, though they were busy, and understood it was an emergency for me an my family. They worked quickly and very reasonably. The crew cut a new entrance in the block, right by the plumbing, allowing the to clean out the water, and easier access to the plumbing. It's great piece of mind knowing that if I have messy flooding issues again, I can call Warm and Dry!

Wet basement and wall weakened. Waterproof and bracing structure wall.

Had a water intrusion water leak in basement under outside basement door. Large hole (5' x 4' x 8' deep) was dug. Wall was cleaned and checked for cracks. Cracks were filled with a mortar material. Wall was then covered in a waterproofing material. Then a plastic covering was applied to the wall. The hole was back filled with stone then clean fill was added to cover hole,
