The entire event was completed well within his estimated time frame. Doug even took care of a valve replacement that was not part of the original problem. He also took care of other minor issues related to the duct system and mating that to the new furnace - at no additional cost.

They were very efficient in their delivery of what's available for us to choose. They were efficient in how to calculate our bts for the air conditioning and capacity of our water heater. They were really patient, we got to choose which one and which product we wanted. We got to choose when or if we wanted to pick them. They were not pushy. They were not trying to oversell us at all. They were really knowledgeable. They took their time answering any question we had, which we usually do when somebody comes out to do a job. We had lots of questions we already ready and prepared, we did a lot of research already on what products we wanted. They've been out since to replace the filter that we need to replace once a year.I asked him are you going to be our personal air conditioner man, he said: "Yes, ma'am!" I said good, we'll be calling you!

Very well. Doug was very knowledgeable and they did a great job installing our new system on time and on budget.

No return call - no help

The service was done on time and as scheduled. A few extra items were identified during the installation and Northwest provided them at no additional cost.

They were on time, a well orchestrated team of three men that were extremely polite, courteous and professional. They went right to work as soon as they got here and continued working to the finish. It was a very hot and humid day and they removed the old furnace, air conditioner and water heater and installed the new ones in five hours flat, I was very impressed not only with the speed of instillation but the quality of workmanship and they left the work area as clean if not cleaner than they found it! In this day and age this company is very lucky to have this team working for them, it was 90 degrees outside and the house didn't even have time to get hot while installing the new system. I will definitely go to this company for any future work of his type.

They honored the estimate they gave me last September and within a week and a half I had a whole new system. It was a great experience.

Our A/C stopped cooling at night that morning I called them out they came out same day. It turned out an electronic control device has stopped working, he had the part in the truck and replaced it immeadiately. The A/C started working and has been fine all summer. The repairman was professional, polite and extremely helpful; even made suggestions on how I can help and extend the life of my unit.

We own a rental which has old heating/cooling equip.Was not cooling in 2010 so we called them and they "charged"the system.We promptly paid the bill.Shortly there after the system quit cooling again so we called them and they installed a new condensor.We promptly paid them.Shortly there after the system quit cooling again So they suggested using a high tech sealant sealant to the tune of $300.00.That was last year.A few weeks ago the system quit cooling again...

Never got off the ground

Overall it went very well. They performed the service exactly how they described. They were prompt and their follow-up service is excellent. It is tough to get a return phone call though. I thought the price was reasonable.
