Driver was timely and did a great job. The cost was fair. I would them again as needed.

Taylor and Steve are fantastic, and so is Rosie. Heard a hissing noise outside basement wall where water main comes in. Water started to seep inside our basement. I shut the water off at the meter. This was 6 pm at night. Called the next morning and spoke with Rosie. Explained we had no water. She got Taylor and Steve out later that morning, along with their back hoe, and by 4 pm were up and running again. Thank you Wells!!!

On the day it was scheduled to be done we received a call at 730am when they were supposed to be there at 8am that they couldn't do it because their equipment was frozen due to weather. We ended up calling another company that came out that same day. Would not reccommed Wells Septic to anyone.

Called several times and when they did respond and set an appointment they never called or showed up. We gave them one more chance as they came recommended and did the exact same thing. Will never call again and will not promote them.

Wells was Not able to do the work recommended Fischer Excavating for the job called them an estimate and time frame was given all permits were handled and the completed in a very timely manner. Fischer should be added to your list.

We were referred to Wells by another Angie's List provider, Amanda Plumbing, as they do not do septic tank clean outs. Wells were very good to work with! Friendly and accommodating in many ways! The service tech was running behind, but called as soon as he was aware that he would not make the scheduled time and asked if it was ok to still come even though he was running behind. He assessed the situation thoroughly and was able to fix the issue professionally.

From the first phone call scheduling a convenient time for the service to be performed, through the appointment day, everything went flawlessly. The price was in-line with other companies and the price quoted was what was charged. No hidden fees. Very professional and extremely cautious in relation to landscaping and property (chose not to drive through the yard to access tanks, used hoses instead.) Very positive experience.

Fine. I have renters in the house and their description of the "problem" wasn't very helpful. Turns out there was no real problem (toilet needed handle held down to completely flush sometimes [I have that happen occasionally at my house as well]), and so Wells had to come twice (they didn't know what equipment to bring). I went ahead and had the services performed just because the tank hadn't been cleaned out in a while. Bruce and his boys do great work, and they are always so nice. I can't really judge price, as Wells is the company I always call. Sometimes they don't arrive as soon as they predict, but if they run into unforeseen issues at an earlier appointment, what can they do? They do call to give an "I'm on my way" heads-up phone call.
