Very pleased with the service. Bruce was a pleasure to speak with regarding my questions on my septic system. Intend to use Wells Septic in the future and recommend them to my friends. Made calls to three septic services and Wells was the only one to respond.

Wells was awesome - when I explained the issue over the phone, the woman was so nice and worked very hard to get someone out as soon as they could (I think it was the owner's wife?). I really appreciated the info she gave me and the extra effort she put into getting someone out to me quickly. Once the crew got here, they found the problem fast, which was a clog due to the outlet pipe being too long and coming up too close to a concrete wall in the tank. It was a quick fix to shorten the pipe and get rid of the clog, and I haven't had a problem since.

The service was performed well, and I would use this company in the future.

They took several days to respond, then took over a week to get around to doing thre two hour job, and charged me roughly three times the original estimate. They also destroyed an large evergreen and messed up my yard.

Called to schedule the appt and promptly scheduled my appt when it fit my schedule. The arrived a little before the scheduled time, completed the work, were very informative, very friendly. They did a great job. Explained everything they were doing. I think they did a fabulous job and will use them again in 3 years to keep my system working properly.

Great Service. I called for service. Return phone call was within the hour and we were able to schedule for the next day. When they came both men were very informative about the service they were providing and providing helpful hints on how to keep a healthy septic system. I highly recommend and I will be using them in the future.

The gentleman (I believe it was Bruce Wells) was excellent. I had lots of questions regarding my septic tank and the process. He took the time to explain the aeration system and the details. He gave me suggestions regarding what to look for as an indication that the system was "in trouble" and what to do if that should ever occur. I was interested in learning about the "alarm" that was associated with aeration system. He showed my how it operated and what to do if it should go off. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Didn't mind talking with me and answering all my questions. .

We have used Well's before for a clogged drain inside the house that was deeper than the trap point of the drain. They took care of our issue then, so when I noticed our sump pump drain was apparently clogged somewhere between the rear of my house and the street I knew who to call. I spoke to Taylor, explained the problem, and he said, "No problem, I'll be out to fix it." I was out of town at the time, and later that day when asking for an update from my wife she simply said, "They came out, and they fixed it." Thankfully I didn't have to rip-out my planting beds, or my front lawn, to diagnose and fix the issue. Considering what the cost and time would be for that, Well's saved me big time! Thanks again guys!!! I've already recommended you to others in my area. Once again, they said they would fix it, and they did. Isn't that what everyone should want from a hired contractor?

It went very well. They had several options that they offered and advised me of different advantages of each. He had everything in the truck that they needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Owner Bruce Wells is great. He came out to our newly purchased house and completely explained the system to us. He has been doing this for a long time and is very practical and trustworthy...and his price is reasonable. When we had a concern with our system a few months later, he came out that day to check (everything was fine) and there wasn't even a charge. We also had a problem with the system in the fall of 2014, and Wells Septic was able to troubleshoot the problem (timer failure) over the phone and make a recommendation for a service provider.

They know what they are doing and are always responsive, but don't do more than they think is needed. A good company to deal with.

We met with Justin from Wells Septic. He and his assistants took a look at the area of concern, trying to assess the possible reasons that might be causing this area to stay muddy. They were the second set of eyes to look at the area, because we first had our irrigation system company see if it was caused by a leak. Irrigation leaks were ruled out. Jason and Sebastian looked in the downspouts with special equipment, pulled back the sod, prodded with iron rods and checked the water meter to make sure something wasn't causing the water to run. We live on a spring-fed lake, so we thought perhaps the water had found its way a little further into the property. Jason mentioned that they had previously had a customer with a wet area in the yard that appeared right behind their deck. They could not determine the source of the water there either. They had resolved that issue by installing a French drain. So, we decided that would be the first attempt at a solution to get this area dry. Jason and Sebastian and another employee hand dug the area about two feet down in the shape of a T. They surrounded the specialized pipe with gravel and replaced as much sod as they could. At the time, the sod was very wet and heavy. It was very likely difficult to handle, so they covered the area the best they could. A couple of weeks later, they returned to reshape the area better once the ground had dried out. As I write, the area is not only dry, but it is ready for our commercial mower to continue to take care of the yard without fear of losing his equipment in the bog! Wells Septic was very responsive and we appreciate they were experienced and able to solve the problem. We would certainly call them again and would recommend them for similar work.

Went very well. Arrived when he said he would. Driver parked on the road so there was no possibility of damage to the lawn. Knew where to dig to find buried components of the system. Pumped out all chambers quickly and completely. Gave me advise on system maintenance.

They showed up promptly, were very courteous and professional. We had a clog in a pipe under the driveway which was causing the rain to backup and flood. They got started and cleared the clog in a few minutes. They ran the drill all the way to the right angle connector to ensure that there were no other clogs. They even verified that the water was flowing out into the ditch by the street. Taylor was the representative and explained other services that they offer before he left. I was very pleased with the service provided.

The workmen were very courteous and went above and beyond to help us with our problem. I would recommend them without reservation.

My experience with them was awesome. They came out and looked at something. They saved me some money. They came out to. They were honest and punctual. There was just a clog in the line. There was nothing wrong with my septic system or my septic tank. Anybody else would have taken advantage of the situation. They did an inspection of it and it was all good. They didn’t charge me anything for the additional inspection. It was a father and son team. The father didn’t have the tools but the son was in another job. They actually told me that it would be a little bit longer. But the son finished his job and got here a lot sooner. Overall, it was a good experience. They were good about cleaning after themselves. That was the third time I had used them. They were recommended to me by my father in law who had used them over a number of years.

Hands down, the best septic company I've ever used. He'll(Bruce Wells) come out on weekends for emergencies, provide excellent, fearless, fast and courteous service. He has helped me many times throughout the years with excellent advice and always has a positive attitude! I don't know what I'd do without him- a true keeper!

DO NOT USE WELLS SEPTIC FOR ANY REASON. THIS COMPANY CANT EVEN REMEMBER THE LIES THEY CONTINIUE TO TELL YOU. THEY PROMISED TO COME BACK ON 10-29-13 AT 8:00 AM TO REPUMP MY SEPTIC SINCE THEY DID NOT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO COME OUT. I WILL BE LIGATING THIS COMPANY. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND FIND A MORE RELIABLE COMPANY. IT WILL BE WORHT IT IN THE END. WELLS SEPTIC IS VERY UNRELIABLE AND VERY DECEITFUL.

They came and cleaned out the tank and provided a visual inspection of the septic system.

Installing was great, pump went band as result of being sent a faulty pump, the gentlemen were back promptly removed it, sent it back to the manufacturer and have kept me updated every step of the way. Overall Great experience

They were great. Their response was quick. Their service was good. They were courteous and professional. They were affordable. I would use them in the future.

Price was exactly as quoted. He was able to tell me over the phone based on the age of my house about what size tanks. Asked for price and he said that it would be $250 for primary tank and an additional $100 if he needed to do the second. We had not had this service performed since we moved in 8 years ago. Once on-site, he said that he could see some 'discoloratization' and recommended that it be done, but did not hard sell it at all. I went ahead and authorized the cleaning of the second tank. Afterwards, he said that he thought it was a good idea that I had it done. He also said now that given the number of people in the home the primary tank shouldn't have to be done again for another 4-5 years and second tank maybe not ever if system stays healthy. Job was finished is about 30 minutes. Very pleasant and professional, used on a referral from my neighbor. Only rated him a "B" on quality since, well, how would I know? I'm not going down there!
