1st call - Dustin from Superior Asphalt called as I had been a prior customer. Wanted to have me schedule service. I told him I'd call him back. 2nd call - I called Dustin and confirmed that we were getting a new roof installed and so he put me on the schedule for July as I didn't want the roofers parked on a freshly sealed driveway. 3rd call - Dustin left a message and said if I went on the Angie's List and gave an A rating for the prior service he'd take $20 off. Said, "just got out of a meeting with management" and for "10 customers only" ... that just urks me! The company is trying to buy an A rating on Angie's List. Well, 4th call will be back to Dustin asking him to remove me as a customer. This is just unethical in my mind.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I have had several contractors do work on my driveway over the past decade. Superior Asphalt Sealing was hands down the best experience I've had, they actually do care. They repaired some potholes and cracked areas on my driveway, then protected it with a coat of sealer. Looks brand new!!!

They repaired and Sealcoated my driveway, my mothers driveways and my aunts driveway and did excellent work. Punctual, professional and the work looks great!

On Sunday July 16, 2017, Superior Asphalt was scheduled to come out and seal my driveway. I received a text from Dustin saying there was a mechanical issue with their truck and that they would like to come out on Wednesday. The guys come out after 6pm on Wednesday and sealed my driveway. You can see the brush marks on the driveway and the guys got sealer on my garage door and trim. They also did not string trim along the driveway before sealing. I talked to Dustin on the phone, sent texts with pictures and was promised that they will make it right. He offered to seal my driveway for free next year but that does not take care of the sealer on my garage and trim. He also offered to pay for a professional exterior cleaning company but I had to find someone to do the job. After calling several companies, I found out that they have an in house person that takes care of these kind of issues. I asked Dustin for help in finding a professional exterior cleaning company and have not received any help. I was also promised a call back from Dustin after he talked to the owner. As of July 28, 2017, I have not been contacted by phone or text. Supposedly, the guys came out and looked at the issues and he denied that he was the one that got sealer on my garage door and trim. Then Dustin was trying to tell me the sealer was a different color.

Very happy with the responsiveness, honesty and work performed. Darin got back to me right away with the suggested scope of work (2 coats of sealer), quote and gave me some tips to ensure I was comparing similar type work/product when I was receiving other quotes. For example, comparing coal tar emulsion to asphalt emulsion sealers. Even though Superior was slightly more expensive, the product and quality is better than some of the cheaper quotes I received. Also, the other quotes I received didn't call out the type of sealer they were using, without me asking. Other quotes from companies ended up using the cheaper, lower quality sealer. Would definitely use Superior again.

I don't think the gaps were well sealed. It seems like I can see gaps in the sealer.

Superior Asphalt Sealing did a great job. They returned my phone calls promptly and very polite. Hired them to seal my sons driveway. Just had a bit of delay completeing job, due to changing weather conditions. Prompt when they said they would be there. Job was finished quickly and neatly.

superior asphalt sealed our driveway when we did not have an agreement on the price. I purposefullly did not leave payment. The dispute is $7. When the owner called to collect he called me "Sweetheart" over and over and then said I needed to tell my husband to put on his "big boy pants because mama said..." Most unprofessional owner I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. He threated a mechanics lien on my house over $7 and then threatened to sue me for slander because I told him I was going to let all my neighbors know he was calling me sweetheart and the comment he made about my husband

This was the second year I used Superior Asphalt sealing to seal my driveway. They did a great job last year I had them back to do the work again. Very neat job. No sealer on the sidewalk or grass. I would highly recommend them.
