Description of Work: They take the approach of wanting to come and coat once/year every year and apply a thin coat. It is well documented in various references online how a professional does this. E.g., make sure the driveway is thoroughly cleaned esp. using power wash; apply certified coatings two times - with crack sealing as needed. This takes two separate visits to do it right. This company's approach is to come in with a lower price, get you to coat every year whether or not needed. They aggressive chase you on the phone and will call even 5-10 times using 3 or 4 different people. I block their calls now.

Description of Work: I asked for a quote and received in one in a timely manner. Ultimately, we decided to go with another company.

Description of Work: Applied driveway sealant. They never showed for their first appt. - after 3 hours I called them & they said their truck broke down - but no one from the business bothered to contact me (I have an answering machine and a cell phone). They said one coat of sealant would be enough and despite cracks in the driveway, the sealant would be enough. I warned them that my driveway was right next to my house, and asked if they would use a drop cloth. They said they didn't need one & were very experienced & could avoid getting any sealant on the house. A couple days after they were done & the sealant had dried out, I inspected my driveway. Most of the cracks had reappeared as I had feared. Water can get into these cracks in the winter and freeze, making the crack worse. Then I noticed that they had splattered sealant on my siding. I called the business and complained. The business owner said he would send someone out to take care of it and apply another coat of sealant. I said I wasn't interested in another coat - more sealant would not fix the cracks. I said I just wanted someone to clean the siding asap & that I had marked the affected areas with blue tape. No one ever called me back or came to clean the siding. I subsequently patched and resealed the driveway myself, and then cleaned the splatter off the siding myself. This business advertised that they do drive repair and sealing, but no repairs were ever done or even considered. They just want to throw on sealant on move on. For hairline cracks, sealant alone might work for a while, but not for larger cracks. I would not use this business again - the minimal and sloppy work they did was not worth $200.

Description of Work: We had a group of neighbors get together to have their driveways sealed at the same time. Darin did the first three and didn't like the results so he went and got a new batch of sealer and did all of the other houses. He then proceeded to come out the next day and re-seal the first three that he didn't like.
