Superior Asphalt Sealing

Dustin called me on Friday and said we should have our cars moved by 8:00 as they would be there shortly after 8:00. When Dustin's crew did not arrive by 10:30, my wife called. The crew came about 11:30. I was hoping that we could get 2 coats on the same day. However, the combination of possible rain later and the trees around my driveway did not allow a 2nd coat that day. Darin could not come back on Monday as he had scheduled other jobs already. Tuesday was scheduled for the 2nd coat but there was a 50% of rain. Darin was able to schedule the crew to come back on Wednesday, June 19. The 2nd coat went on and the driveway looked great. Darin's crew did a great job. They were neat and did not leave any messes. I would recommend Superior Asphalt Sealing to anyone for asphalt sealing.

I called in the fall and said he would honor that price in the spring. He came out resealed and explained to me what previous companies have done. Previous companies put a lower grade of asphalt and explained to me what they were doing and Darren but down the best grade of sealer down. Darren and his crew came out and worked really well doing the edging and cleaning up after themselves. Darren the owner was extremely knowledgeable.

It went very well, however some of the cracks were not completed sealed. However, due to the cost only one coat was used.

They prompt and responsive. They did a fine job. They were honest with me and told me I did not need two coats. It appears the sealing was successful.

We originally called Superior last Nov, but ended up post-poning due to weather and did not get it done last year. When we called them this spring, Darin still honored the quote he had given last fall. He came out as scheduled and the driveway looks very good.

We were very satisfied with the quality and price of the seal coat. I asked the owner to give a quote for both driveways (shared) and he only quoted our driveway. I followed-up and he felt really bad for the oversight on the other driveway quote. He came out immediately the next day to provide an updated quote and offered a discount for the inconvenience. It really wasn't a big deal, but it showed how service-oriented the owner was and wanting to have satisfied customers. The work was performed to the expectations of our neighbor and us. I would recommend the company to anyone else and will use them again in the future.

Exactly as it should go. Communicated professionally, performed as expected. Cleaned up after completing a very nice job!

Darin was professional to work with, and he did a great job with the driveway. The late September, early October weather has been very rainy, and he did a great job following up with schedule changes to find a clear day. He and one employee completed the job in less than an hour, and the driveway looks excellent. They marked the end of the driveway before they left. I will use them again.

This was my first dealing with Superior Asphalt and I am sure it won't be my last. Darin, the owner, was quick to respond with an estimate and was also able to complete the job in a timely manner. We had a cap put on the rather large driveway last September, so the driveway needed two coats. Darin's plan was to put on the first coat and return later in the day for the second. As it turned out, there was no sun that day and the driveway did not dry completely . Instead of putting the second coat on anyway, he suggested that he come back another day to make sure the first coat sealed properly. This was an inconvenience for him, but he said it was the right thing to do and he was willing to do it. I was impressed by him wanting to do things the right way and also with the attention to detail. Darin and his crew were polite, professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend them. The driveway looks GREAT!

I'm really getting tired of having to tell the same kid who canvases Lewis Center time after time that I'm not interested. After he responded with attitude tonight, there is no way I would hire this company.

I was extremely pleased with the service and the product from Superior Asphalt. Darren and I spoke by phone and I gave him appropriate dates for service. He worked with my schedule and came on the day he promised. I am very happy with the company as well as the product they used on my driveway. I plan to use their services in the future.

We called Darin after receiving his one- page brochure. After coordinating our schedules for the work to be done, Darin and his son came out and did a thorough, professional job. Darin took the time to explain his work prior to coming out and set our expectations appropriately. We found him to be personable, professional and prompt. We will plan to have Superior Asphalt seal our driveway again. We can recommend his work without reservation.

The experience was good. They had the best price of the three companies we called. They completed the job in a timely manner. Provided a variety options. And was great with cleaning up.

I thought cracks will get filled after sealant is applied. But it did not. It was not the company's fault either because they have mentioned already on their flyers cracks will not be filled by applying sealant. As I had a concern about cracks initially, company called me and offered another free application to driveway and also explained the purpose of applying sealant which is to protect driveway from further exposure to heat and cold that can cause more damage if not regularly treated. It was so nice of them to offer me a free application even when they weren't obligated to do so. I'll do business with them again..

Great job - extremely professional - very well mannered - cleaned surface before hand - checked all areas then proceeded with sealing - would definitely have them again.

Contacted the company through Angie's List and they got back to me promptly with an estimate. They called two days prior to the date of service. They did a nice, neat job of sealing the driveway. They also followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Excellent service.

We appreciated that they fit us into their schedule by coming out on a Sunday afternoon. They did a very nice job of preparing the driveway and the finished driveway was great. The thing I liked most was how thoroughly they explained what I should expect from the coating on the driveway.

Provided a free estimate on sealing my asphalt driveway. The company was prompt and notified me when rain delayed the project. They cleaned and edged the driveway and provided one coat of sealer as agreed upon. Great job! I will use this company in the future.

This is an owner/operator business. The owner, Darin, was very responsive, professional and knowledgable. The application was very neat; no sealant on adjoining concrete or grass. He showed more care in the application than any other company we've used. I would highly recommend Darin for asphalt sealing.

Darin returned phone calls promptly. He explained the whole process and recommended that only one coat be applied. This, in itself, saved about $30 over what I've paid in the past. He said that two coats do more harm than good in most cases. The original date had to be changed, due to excessive heat. Darin called as soon as he knew about the need to reschedule. On the new day, his crew showed up as promised and completed the work. Excellent experience. I would use this company again.

After seeing the quality of work performed, when Superior Asphalt finished my neighbors' driveways, I decided to call them to have my driveway sealed. I received a call back the same day, we discussed the process and the thick coating product they use. I was told to expect a call 2 days before they arrive, timing based on the weather and schedule. As promised, I received the call which made planning easier. On the scheduled day, while I was at work, they called to make sure the cars were out of the garage and they were going to begin work. That evening I came home to a beautiful driveway. The sealer used looks thicker than other sealers used in the past.

Great! The Superior Asphalt team was professional and did a meticulous job in making sure all sealent was on the driveway only (none on grass, sidewalk, etc). They offered helpful driveway care advice which was appreciated. We look forward to working with them again.

Overall the process went very well. Darin was easy to work with. He came out and gave a written estimate. He was also able to fit me in to his busy schedule. He also came back out when my driveway was damaged and gave me a detailed written report. I would definitely use him again.

The work was done on the day that they said it would be done. The driveway looks as I expected it would. I would use the company again.

I called them up at the last minute and they got me onto their schedule for the next day.. They were easy to work with.. The work was excellent and they set my expectations for the end result which were as they described.. I would have them do the work again in the future..
