Description of Work: Made an appointment to make an estimate on Friday. Called said he became too busy and couldn't make it asked if could come out over the weekend. I said sure. He never showed up or called after that.

Description of Work: Darin, owner of the company, discussed the job needed on the phone, and decided he should come and look at the driveway before doing any sealing. He did this, and explained what was needed and the price. Set a date for the next week, and Darin called to confirm that date. Two coats of sealer were applied, with about four to five hours between them. Our driveway is very long and has several challenges (drain cover, many large cracks, crumbling sections, etc.) Owner stated as he finished job that in the many driveways he has done, this was the most challenging. Said he would return in March to put a large patch at the end of driveway because over the winter that type of patch would not last, and we are at the end of the time period to seal and patch. Responded to my call quickly, and did the work within a few days of my call, unlike another company who said it was too close to the end of the season and might not be able to do the work, and also never called back to set up a time to look at the driveway.
