It went well. Aaron was very courteous and professional. He told us the trees were diseased and could be treated but treatment would not revitalize the trees nor would it be costs effective. He provided a reasonable quote for removal and did excellent work removing the diseased trees and cleaning up. He also is currently working with us on a proposal to replace the trees with a species that is more suited for the location than what was there previously.

The work was performed in a very timely manner. The work area clean up was very good. I am very satisfied with the work performed.

Aaron Noblett arrived on time, trimmed 10 trees, 9 bushes and removed a dying spruce. He took the time to check with me about how much I wanted pruned back on some trees and bushes, not only removing dead wood but also shaping the trees. He used a tarp to collect the wood and removed it from my property. He enjoys his work and it shows in the quality of his work.

Aaron is a really nice guy and takes pride in his work. He is knowledgeable, professional and did a good job.

This company responded promptly and professionally. We agreed on a fair price for tree removal and other tree maintenance. They showed up when they said they would, performed the work exactly as specified, and even texted us a picture of how things were going, since we were not on site at the time the work was done. The bill arrived in short order and everything in the bill matched the estimate. We have used this company before and we will certainly use them again. Reputable tree service can be hard to find and we highly recommend Preservation Arborists.

11 of the 13 plants are doing incredibly well. He gave me specific instructions on how to maintain and water each plant. 2 of the trees, a dawn redwood and a paperbark maple had been nipped by frost. He replaced both of them at no cost to me. The replacement trees are at least 3 times as large as the originals. Aaron is smart, well trained and has a great eye for what should go where. I recommend him highly

He came out to quote us on the health of our tree and better recommendations for a replacement. We checked the options and decided and that day he actually found a really great tree at the nursery and called us to start work that following Monday which was only a few business day after our quote. During the work he was very cautious of our current landscaping and was careful with the trimmings. With the replacement tree he fixed where it was located to be better for our house and its health. Took away all trimmings. If you didn't know a tree was removed you wouldn't be able to guess! No sawdust at all. We are very happy and will use this company again! Also - he was very safe: called 811 to check for buried utilities, has proper insurance, and wore safety gear.

He did a terrific Job. Cleaned up trimmings and removed all debris They are coming back to help plant privacy and beautiful trees.

Very well. Aaron took his time and did a great job with pruning our numerous trees, and he's certainly knowledgeable about the subject.

We are happy enough with the pruning, but every one of the trees that were treated looked worse this year and one died completely. When I contacted Aaron this year about this, he told me he was no longer in business. It's very disappointing. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE FROM PRESERVATION ARBORIST: As discussed via private email and phone, the tree that died after treatment was the Purple Leaf Plum at our property in Delaware which was healthy at the time it was treated. I was clear about that in my request for remedy and your response to me directly was that you took another job and were no longer treating trees. As the consumer, it makes no difference to me if your intent is to return to business when you've killed my tree and do nothing to remedy. And by the way, the ash tree referenced in your response was at our other property is still alive and well. We gave you an A rating for that service.

While speaking to Aaron on the phone he advised me of approximate cost and had me read about the product he uses to treat Ash trees with Emerald Ash Borer. Within minutes of arriving he let me know our tree's general health (good) and showed me three distinct signs that we had the EAB along with the cost to treat it. We were skeptical of treating it based mostly on some bad information a few years ago. Aaron said he believed the tree would be a good candidate for treating and his costs were less than anyone else that I spoke with. In the end we are happy that our beautiful Ash might be spared and look forward to having Aaron out again for any other tree work. Very nice to work with, gave out suggestions to my wife for replacing a sick smaller tree in our front yard.

To begin, I would like to explain that Aaron was one of a few people I contacted to examine this tree. He was the most responsive (called me back the same day) and performed the service quickly and for a fair price. We not only would use him again, we are using him to handle our tree pruning and treatments of our other trees.

It went fine. I was very satisfied and I will have him back again for more tree work. He was very through, polite and professional. He was a delight to work with.

Aaron came to the house and spent quite some time listening to my concerns about how this shade tree would be affected by some necessary nearby excavation. He explained several oprions to me, and discussed pros and cons. We settled on a treatment plan and schedule that works in our budget and for the tree. He also provided internet resources for me to learn more about the proposed treatment, and promptly emailed me a detailed written quote. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He's well educated in real tree care, not just a guy with a chainsaw and truck.

He chopped the branch of the tree for me without any charge. He was polite. He spoke to me on the phone and asked me what I needed and them stopped by my house and gave my wife the estimate for various things I wanted. I would use him again in the future.

We had a little bit of work done after the fall. He was wonderful. He was very professional. He called me the day before to tell us he would be out the next day. I did not have to go out and meet him. He did what he came to do. I did go out and talk to him and he was very friendly and nice. He told me what he had done. He first came out and gave us an estimate and then came out and did some tree pruning and fertilizing. He then came out and told us a tree was sick and it would be best to treat it after its growth season. Then he called me and told me he would come out that day and he did. He was great, very knowledgeable and professional. He had a shirt and truck with his logo on it. His bill was exactly what he told us it was going to be. He pruned four trees and fertilized about six or seven. He came back in the fall to treat my two sick ones we had started out with. I would definitely call him again. He was recommended to us by our landscaper.

I was very pleased with his professional and courteous attitude. He dressed in shirts identifying his company. Aaron did his work and cleaned up after himself.

I had a pretty ragged looking weeping willow with lots of dead limbs. Aaron estimated the job about two weeks ago and arrived this morning right on time and went to work. He culled out the dead material, opened access for mowing under the tree, and cleaned up all the trimmed material and left it looking much more attractive. He was quick, quiet, and efficient.

He is the son of friends of ours, which is why we called him in the first place. He comes when he says he will. He works efficiently and fast. He cares passionately about trees; he writes letters to the newspaper about trees. He comes, does what he's supposed to do, and pays attention to the timing of what he's doing.

We had tried to get several people to come out to our home & could not get any service. One gentleman came & was wearing a rebel flag. I finally told him to come out but he never showed up for the job. I then called Aaron's Tree Service. They where very prompt, courteous, knowledgable, etc. you get the picture. They came out, did the work, & was on time. They are really fantastic.
