+ -1 moreMy ten-year-old Gateway laptop finally gave up the ghost. While I was using the laptop, it gave me the blue screen, then refused to boot up. I was quite worried that I had lost everything on the hard drive, since it had been quite awhile since the last time I backed it up. PC Knights read the last rites over the laptop, but they were able to retrieve all of the files off the hard drive. I was EXTREMELY relieved and pleased with their services and prices. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Description of Work: Retrieved data from dead laptop.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. I left my laptop at their site, and I was promised they would call me once they had diagnosed the problem. They called within a couple of hours with the diagnosis and a cost if I wanted to continue. The quote was very satisfactory to me and I authorized the service. My laptop works fine now and is a bit faster than before. They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. This is a small two person man and wife shop who treated me like we all want to be treated. I would recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: My computer had registry and program executable issues caused by malware and virus. Pc Knights removed the infections and tuned up my laptop.
