They were absolutely excellent and I have never dealt with a finer company ever than this people. They were outstanding and way above the edge. I am extremely choosy and they met every qualification that I needed.

Called to ask for leak check after ceiling stained; told no hurry; called back in few days when truck in area; fixed leak in 1/2 hour.

Brad, estimator, promptly returned my phone call and came out the same day to check out the job and it was determined that an aerial measure would be needed to measure for the materials once this was completed Brad came out on a Saturday to discuss the job and present the estimate. Since this was our third written estimate and the price was in the middle of the other two and based on Tim Newman's warranty, price, and presentation we signed with them. The only problem we had was a timing issue since we were also having the exterior of the home painted after the roof was installed. Tim prefers that painting is completed before the roofing job so the painters will not walk on the roof. I prefer to have the painting completed after the roofing. So we compromised and had those areas that required the painter to walk on the roof painted prior to the roof installation. Tim put a full crew of about 20 men and completed the job in one day. I have extensive landscaping on my property and am very pleased to report that nothing was damaged and I have yet to find one roofing nail! We have had torrential rains and the roof does what it should. I would highly recommend Tim Newman Roofing!

They came out a couple of days after our call to review our roof for an estimate. After we received information from our insurance company, we called them and scheduled a day to have the work done. They were here early and finished the job before we returned. They were very professional and we are please with our new roof.

Work was started and completed within specified time frame at the specified cost. Workers were courteous. In 60+ mile per hour winds not one shingle has even lifted. I am very pleased that the work was done properly.

He does good work and follow up when necessary. We have recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Called October 8th for a significant roof leak. I was told that someone would be out October 14th or 15th. They asked me to call and cancel if someone else got out there before they did. I never called to cancel, no one ever showed up as of October 27th.

Overall it was great. They were very professional. I have no complaints at all. They were there when they said when they were going to be there. Explained everything very thoroughly. Very pleased with the service. There final cost was right on target with the estimate.

Tim Newman Roofing is highly recommended. Tim stuck to the original estimate, was flexible in scheduling to accommodate us, and had a devoted and professional crew. They took a personal interest in this job, and the results are very satisfying. The site clean-up was methodical and thorough. This has been a surprisingly positive experience into the world of roof replacement for me, and Tim Newman gets all credit due him and his staff.

Tim has a wonderful crew of four to five workers that are good workers and friendly to be around your home for several days. They were very careful with the landscape and did a great job in cleaning up, each day and at the very end. I highly suggest you at least get an estimate. One of the best things I liked about Tim was his honesty. He came a year ago to say I could get at least one more year out of our roof. This year he said he probably wouldn't chance it. He also didn't try to sell me the most expensive products, but what he thought would do a good job for our home. I am so glad we used Tim Newman Roofing!

He did what he said he was going to do. He wasn't the cheapest, but he wasn't the most expensive either. He went a little over the estimate, but that was because of the complexities of our roof.

Tim Newman and his crew were on time. The work performed was done well. Problem areas were pointed out when I was around. A proposal was written up 5 weeks before the job started since our chimney needed work 1st. I should have carefully reviewed the proposal, but did not due extensive job related work - my fault. Mr. Newman did not ask for a signed proposal or contract and I signed the proposal the day work began and gave it to him in my driveway. Optional items I clearly thought were to be included in the new roof such as Winterguard were not and it was too late to redo the work. Some colors were mismatched. If you work with this company, take the time to insist on reviewing the contract in detail. I was surprised the waranty is a simple note in the proposal for this costly of a job. Mr. Newman has a great crew. I was also a bit taken back payment was expected immediately after a 5 minute walk around the finished job in the late evening. Rushed.

HE WAS PROMPT AND ON TIME, HE MOVED ME UP ON HIS LIST. JUST AN ALL AROUND EXCELLENT COMPANY. I RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB PUTTING MY ROOF ON. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, GREAT TO WORK WITH, AND I GIVE THEM STRAIGHT A'S. THE ROOF LOOKS WONDERFUL.

I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS QUITE REASONABLE AND DECIDED TO MOVE FORWARD. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ONLY DO REPAIRS EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE AND IT WOULD PROBABLY BE IN 2 WEEKS. I'VE WAITED AND WAITED. I'VE CALLED AND HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BACK. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS.

THEY SET AN APPOINTMENT AND FAILED TO SHOW UP AND FAILED TO RETURN FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS AS WELL.

I HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST AND WAS HAPPY, HE HAS A SMALL CREW, AND SOME OF THEM HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR A LONG TIME. WHEN I NEEDED TO HAVE MORE ROOFING WORK DONE I DIDN'T SHOP AROUND HE WAS MY FIRST CHOICE.

TIM NEWMAN DID AN OUTSTANDING RE-ROOFING JOB. MR. NEWMAN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO EXPEDITE THE JOB. MR. NEWMAN IS VERY HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, AND PARTICULAR ABOUT HOW THE JOB IS BEING DONE. THE DETAILING AND CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS WAS THOROUGH AND EXCELLENT. MR. NEWMAN CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ME BY LOCAL REPUTABLE BUILDERS TOO. I WOULD USE TIM NEWMAN AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION OR RESERVATION. TIM NEWMAN WORKS WELL PROFESSIONALLY WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES ALSO. MR. NEWMAN'S ESTIMATE WAS LESS THAN OTHER REPUTABLE ROOFING COMPANIES.

WHEN A SERVICE PROVIDER DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS THEY ARE BEING RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I MADE SURE MY MESSAGE AND PHONE NUMBER WERE UNDERSTANDABLE ON THE VOICE MAIL. SO THAT COULD NOT BE THEIR EXCUSE.

HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND I WOULD HAVE LIKED HIS ESTIMATE FOR THAT REASON. UNFORTUNATELY MY CALLS WERE IGNORED. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A CALL TO SAY HE WAS OVERWHELMED AND COULD NOT TAKE ON THE JOB RATHER THAN TO BE STOOD UP AND IGNORED.
