I was moving out of the city and with today’s housing market I needed a quick fix on my roof to sell quickly. The instant value of a whole new roof was much more appealing so I went with that option over some repairs. The process from start to finish was smooth even with some weather delays. My house sold instantly for well above the previous appraised value with the new roof and all the warranties transferred to the new owner. The experience was an absolute pleasure and the pricing was very competitive.
