Chase Brick Paving

Very happy with the work done!

We were given Chase as a reference from our builder and contacted them to build a paver patio before we closed on the house. The initial build of the patio went well and we were very happy with the results. During closing assessment the county said the drop off from our patio was above code and would require a retaining wall to pass inspection which was a huge oversight on Chase's part. They put in the retaining wall to get us through close, but then attempted to come after us for the cost. Our builder got involved and argued that they should absorb the cost since they caused the code issue, and the drama has continued since then. As with all paver patios, we experienced sinking in some areas which is part of normal maintenance in the contract. Chase refuses to return to correct the sinking or the 2 broken stairs which came loose within the warranty period as well. We are now 1 1/2 years since our move in and still no fix! Chase was returning our calls every so often and would commit to coming out, but never has. Our builder contacted them last month and met them at our house and he said he didn't have the material needed to fix it but would come back later that week. It has been another 3 weeks and still no resolution and now Chase has stopped answering our calls and the calls from our builder. I do not recommend using Chase, he does not fix issues and refuses to answer calls once he gets his check!!!
