Its really good and they did a good job.

It was the worst experience I have ever had hiring a repairman. It took three visits to complete if you could call it complete. Waited hours for them to arrive. The repairman gave the boss false info and the boss backed up the repairman. Damage was done to the shut off valve and wood work while installing vinyl. The repairman verified there were no leaks anywhere before he started to replace the vinyl. The vinyl was cut too short in two places. The repair to the shut off valve was done with a shark bite shut off value. The cut to the pipe was close to the floor. The repairman cut the existing pipe leaving a large burr. The cut has to be level and filed smooth din order for the shark bite to hold without leaking. The repairman hammered the shark bit excessively to install and as a result there was a leak under the floor that leaked into the ceiling above the closet. The repairman left and said he and his boss would come back the next day. Waited 3 hours only the repairman came late at night and told me to turn the water off at the main shut off and the boss and repairman would come back the next night. They were only 1/2 hour late. The boss came to replace the sharp bite. The boss pulled the finished ceiling out of the downstairs closet because they could no longer repair without getting access to the pipe under the floor. The boss claimed there was a leak that had occurred for a long time so he pulled the drywall down. The dry wall was not at all wet due to a leak over a long period of time. The leak was caused by the work done by the repairman and was no sign of a leak that had taken place over a long period of time. The wood or drywall was not wet. The paper on the inside of the drywall was wet from the water that leaked as a result of the shark bit being installed incorrectly. . Would never hire again.

The job was bid promptly and was begun on time. Job was completed in a timely fashion and all specs were met. The work appears to be of good quality. Dean Fisher and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They left the work area immaculate.
