+ -1 moreNick was great, he never gave up, gave me his cell phone number to keep him up on how the unit was cooling. He even called to check up himself. The unit got warm the day before Thanksgiving and he came out right away to work on it. It went down again New Years and was will to come out to fix it then with no extra cost, although we said it could wait a day or two to enjoy his holiday. I have nothing bad to say. Although it took several attempts, he never quit, never gave up, and most important, he didn't keep charging for every visit!
Description of Work: I had a problem with just the refrigerator side not staying cold. Nick changed the circuit board and it started working, in a month it happened again. He came out again at no extra cost, worked on it and it worked for another month. This happened several times with it working for a month then got warm again. He talked with the manufacturer, other repair shops and consulted on line. He never again charged for coming. Finally in Jan he found a senor to change from someone on line. I did have to pay an extra $20 for the sensor but only paid one time for his 6 visits for service call. I was great, he never gave up! Have also had him out to repair a washer that wouldn't drain and he found it was a recall and repaired it for nothing where we had had another shop come out, looked charged us and they never fix it.
