They arrived when they said they would and stuck with it until it was done. Even though after hours.

Either they installed a faulty unit or they did not know how to properly install it. There has been nothing but problems - continually calling to make adjustments due to lack of heat, then lack of AC, etc etc. They make promises and do not deliver.

Mengis contacted me right away and set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. The communication was excellent. Andrew was knowledgeable, professional, kind, responded well to some special needs we had, and ended up being able to fix the problem that day. I would highly recommend, and will use them again if we have any other problems.

Local company owned by the two guys who do the vast majority of the work so invested in doing the right thing. They were open, honest and straight forward, explaining what they are doing and why and offering different solutions with different budgets, supported by the pros and cons of all. Ultimately, we felt they were invested in our ultimate satisfaction and remain engaged until that was achieved............and did all of this while respecting the challenges of Covid! What was out problem?..........exisiting AC unit stopped working and their investigations discovered poor original installation (by house builder) had ultimately led to problem (all of this was explained and we were given time to independently investigate and confirm). They quoted two options to correct and we chose one that they executed fully at the price quoted (even though they discovered an additional issue during installation that they corrected with no questions asked.............admittedly, the correction was only a $40 part but they took extra time to located, buy and return to install).

I have used them several times. Always pleased with there service.

Our air conditioning stopped working on a very hot day and I called Andrew Mengis who was working at another job. He said he would come after he finished his current job. After calling me twice to let me know he was delayed, he arrived at our house at 8:15 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump and made a temporary fix. As promised, Andrew came the following morning with a new pump which he installed and then completed a more thorough maintenance check of our heating and air conditioning systems as we requested since it hadn't been done in several years. We were very impressed by Andrew's responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency. We highly recommend Mengis Heating and Cooling!

Hard to find honest and hard working people these days however we found one!! - Mengis Heating & Cooling, LLC Our A/C wasn t working, of course in 100 degree weather and were desperate. We had another person try to fix the problem but couldn t. My husband posted on Facebook our A/C broke and by divine intervention, found Mengis Heating & Cooling. Andrew found a way to squeeze us in after hours and saved the day! They are the real deal and did I mention knowledgeable?

Andrew is one of the most knowledgeable technicians you could ever wish for to fix or install your A/C system or heating!!

They quickly diagnosed the problem with my old AC and we did not have to wait long to schedule installation of the replacement. A couple of unexpected issues arose during the installation of the new AC in our old system, but they worked overtime to solve them and get the job done.
