I was surprised and please at how efficient they were

They were fantastic. They replaced our ductwork in one day, gave us advice on the ultimate product that would best suit us, then also were very reasonable in comparison to other bids for the same work. Use them!

They came out within just a few days and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and got it all completed at a good price! Highly recommend!

Andrew did a great job at a fair price, and didn't try to upsell us. Our A/C unit is pretty close to the end of its life cycle, but Andrew told us that with some minor repairs we could keep it running for another year. He will be our first call when we are ready to replace it!

I had a unique repair request. When all the other a/c companies turned me away or provided ridiculous bids so I wouldn't use them, Mengis Heating & Cooling did the work at a fair price, when they said they would and were very professional. They are now my a/c company for all service and repairs.

We have used them for the past two years with great success and were glad to have found a great HVAC person we could trust and rely on. Unfortunately, our most recent experience (today) was a disappointment. I had difficulty getting in contact with them to confirm the appointment time (I wanted to be sure they were coming before leaving work for the appointment). Also, since I could not be onsite, I asked him to call me when he got there to discuss and wanted him to do a maintenance checkup while there. He did not. Called me when he was done/ already gone and said it was just a fuse, a $2 part so he replaced it, but he had not done a maintenance check as requested. He was there about 20 minutes but charged for a full hour at $127 - over 30% increase from his visit last year ($90). So, he did come when he promised and did make the repair, but did the bare minimum, communication was poor and cost was higher than expected. Overall I would rate him as average and will likely look for a new company for future help.

They conduct business with integrity and are honest. An endangered specie to find now day. They also took the extra time to answered all our questions. Thank you for a great experience....

I pleasantly surprised that companies like this still exist. Mike took care of our problems like it was his own house. He was thorough, courteous, and was focused on our best interest. These guys deserve your business.

Efficient and on-time (rang my bell at 9:01 for a 9AM appt). The overall job cost me more than expected due to lack of maintenance over time (partly my fault) and needed materials, but they kept costs down repairing rather than replacing parts and explained everything along the way. Will hire again.

These people are great. They went out of their way to handle my furnace problem on short notice. They rearranged their schedule to fit me in, and it wasnâ t an emergency. They were polite and kept me informed all along the way. Arrived on time, repaired unit and saved me several hundred dollars too.I have rental properties and Mengis is now my go to company for all furnaces and my own.
