+ 1 moreIt was done at a house I owned in Youngstown, I live in Columbus. I met with him on the initial bid but he performed the work and my cousin followed up and said he did a good job. The house sold and no issue with the porch which the paint had been peeling. So I was happy and his price was excellent.
Description of Work: Power washed and painted an aluminum sided porch ceiling and porch posts.

+ 2 moreCame out. Gave an estimate. Very precise on the work that would be done. Did not leave any questions as to price. We will definitely use him again. In fact, we are using him to take out cabinets in the kitchen area.
Description of Work: Painted inside and outside of 3 story home built in 1920's. Pressure washed outside, primed and painted. We ran out of warm weather so, the wood on the outside will be completed in the spring; the brick is completed. Stripped old varnish paint from walls, beams, window frames. Covered all surfaces that were not to be painted. Primed with oil base paint, then sprayed where possible, hand painted the rest. We wanted to match the flow of the house as this room was an add-on and looked like an add-on. He repaired any place that needed repairs before painting. He would clean walls, sand, tac, prime, then paint. Joe did a wonderful job.
