Very professional , would hire again

After the deck was pressure sprayed, it took two workers 3 days with sanding grinders and 5 in 1 paint tools to sand and peel off the latex stain's buildup. They then sprayed the deck with two coats of stain. The deck really looks good - for a deck that is over 20 years old. Last year, I rented a big floor sander from Home Depot but the work was slow and fairly ineffectual. As hard as it sounds, grinding is perhaps the best way to get the stain off and expose the original wood. They did a very good job. Fortunately it did not rain during the sanding time, but this is not an easy or quick job. Best left to the pros!

Went better than I expected ! Terry and crew hit the price I had in mind and the final result was better than I imagined ! and they were very neat and did not get any stain on the house and really made an old deck look like new. Very pleased !

I signed up for the $119 dollar paint one room deal and the guy emailed me... I called him back and he said he was busy and would get back to me about scheduling a time.... he told me they like to decks during nice days and paint inside on rainy days.. I told him this was a priority for us we really needed it painted asap... he never got back to us... I called a few times left 2 messages, sent him a text message etc and he never once responded or contacted me back... very unprofessional!

They did the job as expected however I was not pleased with one area. They were very willing to make me happy so can out again to fix the problem area.

Deck protection did not last. Only one coat was applied. Possibility of wrong coverage used.

We were told they would let us know in advance when they were coming. On the 2 occasions they came out they simply showed up. The first time we had not removed all of the furniture from the deck and they broke 4 lights hanging on the deck when they power washed it. Then when they came out to spray the stain/sealer they left the front of the deck unsprayed. When we questioned this we were told that the ends are never sprayed, even though they did so on the back. They also said they would drop off extra sealer so we could finish the job they did not. It's now been a couple of weeks and I'm not holding my breath that they will ever show up. What work they did seems to be good, but they never finished the job. This seemed like a good deal through Angie's list, but after the additional charges for the stain/sealer and the steps going up to the deck and the incomplete job that was done, it really turned out to be a very bad deal. Next time I'm going back to the company I previously used that did a much better job for what turned out to be less money.

Boards look a little rough bit that may be because they had to remove another product from it

They finished the room. However, the next day I looked at the walls and there were many pinholes that were not filled in. I called on Friday and they said they would come out on Monday to fix it. Monday they called and said the painter got hurt. I said ok and they said they would come out Thursday. Thursday came and went with no one showing up or even a call. I fixed the remaining holes and painted the repair work. They should have called me or at least looked at the walls.

Deck turned out great. Had to do door a second time. Owner takes a long time to cash his checks over 30 days

The boys came very poliet...did a good job painting the 2 rooms ....but used the bathtub up stairs to clean there tools and brushes. Left the mess..when I called the owner about it it basically denied that they would do it but would come by that week to clean when they were in the neighborhood..didn't hear from again.mi cannot get tub cleaned.

This was a good experience for a fair price.

All the employees that I had to deal with were so professional and kind. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. It is like I have a new deck.

The guys came out and were very professional. They removed everything from the deck and gave suggestions on what color the deck should be painted. The end result was a nicely painted deck and it didn't take too long to complete.
