Great! We could not be more pleased with their work, professionalism, speed of which they completed the job. I have a new deck again without replacing the whole deck for twice as much.

Quality workmanship on our deck, house was done well. Used another company last year and had to call them back twice when house was power washed.

While Terry’s price was fair and reasonable (we compared!) what really stood out was his personality and customer service! He told me exactly what product to look for at the store..and even after the store mixed the wrong color - (unknown to him) he had his guys do the job over again and even came back a few weeks later when I requested a touch up... they carefully moved our furniture and did everything in a professional way! He made it look new! We get compliments from friends all the time! I will definitely call them again for other painting and household jobs!

Terry was very easy to deal with. They cleaned and refinished my entire deck and honored the discount from Angie’s List. Even came back for some touch up work where my gutter dripped. I would recommend.

Terry and his team were contracted to power wash and spot sand our deck as well as to paint and stain the deck. The original communication from Terry was very responsive and professional. After agreeing to sign off on the completed work, the deck paint and stain began to chip away after only 2 short weeks. Even the slightest of dampness caused the work to quickly wear away. Completely understandable with April rain, and I had hoped Terry and his team could help resolve the quick wear since the deck had barely even been walked on. When contacted to follow up, Terry became extremely difficult to reach, not returning voicemails and answering an email roughly 1 month after receipt. He eventually became completely unresponsive, which caused us to seek out a second contractor. As mentioned above, Terry was very punctual and fair in pricing, but once the work was completed the sense of ownership and communication greatly deteriorated.

Great work.I commited on Monday and they finished by Wednesday. They came 1 day to pressure wash and the next day to put both coats of stain on.

Terry and his crew did an excellent job working with my wife and me on many projects. Each project was done to specs and we were very satisfied with the quality of work. We ran into some patches were we're missing each other so the overall timeline ran longer than I hoped. However this was as much due to out availability and it was their busy season. Have already received compliments on the work and we have referred a neighbor to their business. Great job and would use again.

Nice job! Looks great. My issue was that the price agreed upon verbally, increased by $40 after job completed. Otherwise very competent and professional. I would use them again, but like so many Angie's list offers, there remains an element of price creep over the advertised amounts.

See above. It took about 6 weeks from inspection, quote and final application.

two months later and deck paint is peeling even after being power washed and sanded by company. paint applied on a very hot day (86 degrees in the shade) on a deck in the sun. The paint has since bubbled and peeled in spots. The painters were hard working and courteous but the owner by phone increased the price by almost $200.00 before we reached an agreement to pay approx $150.00 to the workers. The owner would not take our calls after being presented with the higher bill and negotiations were via the cellphone of his workers.

Because this was a large deck, it was a two day job. They did a good job pressure washing end prepping the deck. Staining was done well and has held up nicely. My only complaint was some overspray on a few plants and stone next to the deck.

could not have been an easier transaction. There was a weather related delay so it was necessary to move the project to the weekend; they were there when they said they'd be, they quickly had us prepped and done; great job!

Painted master bedroom. They helped move furniture around and were very careful. Impeccable job and very nice and polite.

I purchased a log home built in 2012 in May of 2015 the entire home needed to be cleaned & stained so I researched a few companies & obtained a couple of estimates. We decided to hire Terry & his crew since he drove quite a distance to provide a free estimate & assured us he could handle such a large project his recommendation was to use a Behr product. I prefer not to get into all of the details of this job as there is only one important matter at hand. The product applied & job performed is showing huge signs of failing on most if not all of the deck areas (which this company specializes in) most of the surface is peeling completely off & there are huge areas of moss/mold) also several areas of the log on the home are fading. We were told this product would hold up for the next 5-7 years. I contacted the owner Terry back in May via phone but have been emailing for nearly 2 plus months now. I was told the product rep would be out in July which never happened & I was told he & his crew would be out at the end of July but that also hasn't happened. I have a low yield well that cannot have a pressure washer hooked up to it so initially Terry provided his own water tank for his crew to use but now this seems to be the excuse as to why he isn't replying to my last email to come out and take care of the faulty areas. I will be attaching photos. If Terry doesn't make arrangements to come out & fix his job & stand behind his product I will be filing a formal complaint w/ the BBB. my patience has run out & I'm beyond frustrated that I have been put in a situation to post such a disappointing report as I chose to use AL because of its reputable companies. This project was not cheap & took nearly a month to complete I would have like to enjoyed the finish product for more than a little over a year.

Due to a lack of follow up from this contractor, we cancelled this deal within the first few weeks. It didn't seem to be a priority to address my repeated concerns untili contacted Angie's List to cancel. I am a blind home owner, if I can communicate in a timely way by phone, text or email, I expect my contractors to at least try to do the same! No one should have to settle for anything less than acceptable or respectful! Remember, if no work is performed in the 1st 30 days, you have the right to cancel the deal thru Angie's List!

Very pleased overall. The deck looked really great after the power washing and even better after the staining. Was told when I purchased that it was summer and the wait list was long, but that was fine as I was in no hurry. Terry contacted me about a week ahead of time; only wish that I would have known when the staining was going to be done, as I needed to be home to pay for the stain. Not a big deal since I was home when they came.
