I have spoken to the owner and we have worked out the logistics of how we will work together to complete my purchase. Description of Work: The deck hasn't looked this good in a long time. Power wash took a while as we have a well, but work was completed in one day. 2 coats of stain and the wood will last many more years. both crews were courteous and professional.
