I would have liked to know when the deck staining was going to occur so that I did not walk on the deck before the stain was dry. The service was performed while I was working with our movers to move our household belongings from our old house to our new house. When the movers and I arrived at the new house, I walked out the back door onto a deck still wet with stain. There was not a phone call or a notice on any door of the house.

What I immediately appreciated was after Terry looked at my deck, he gave me several different quotes and options and explained them all to me. Because the poor shape my deck was in I ended up choosing a fairly expensive product to coat the deck with that sealed it and covered the splinters and small cracks. I also had them replace a few boards and repair some railings. I have some landscaping that is not only next to the deck, but has grown up within the deck and they did a fantastic job of working around that. I was also very pleased with how they totally protected the house from paint; an extremely neat job. I'm very satisfied at their prompt, careful, and professional work.

Went smooth. Called to schedule work, Terry came out and performed the work.

Each member of the team was a hard worker, professional, and precise with their work. All questions were answered. Any additional questions were encouraged. The entire team worked quickly, yet thoroughly. We would recommend them to friends, and family. They did such a proficient job, that we obtained a painting estimate on our kitchen with them. We are currently considering them for the job.

I did not end up using them for the job so I didn't use the big deal.

This company was phenomenal. Within an hour of calling them for an estimate Terry was over. They power washed the deck within 2 days and refinished deck the next day. We had old and new wood. They were very knowledgeable about what product and color to use so our deck looked uniform. We are extremely pleased with their work! Very professional and thorough! Our deck was really big!

He promptly returned our call to set an appointment for a quotation. The price was acceptable to us so we then scheduled the work. He was on time, finished the work on schedule, and as described. He did a very nice job. We will use him again in the spring of 2014.

I called and spoke to Terry, telling him of my disappointment with the company's past service and of my reluctance to hire them again. He informed me that the company was now under new ownership and that they were striving to improve the service and reputation under the former owner. He was very courteous and came to my home within a few hours of my call, and we agreed on the work to be done. The next morning, two men came to begin powerwashing. Because it was a very hot summer day, the deck dried quickly, and they were able to stain the deck on the same visit. They removed all of the deck furniture including a heavy umbrella and covered all of the lower surfaces of the house to protect from the staining process. They not only sprayed the stain, they brushed it afterward to ensure proper coverage. They returned later in the day and found that the deck dry enough to replace the furniture. Both men worked carefully, thoroughly and were very polite.

It didn't go very well. The workers taped plastic to the side of my house while they were powerwashing the deck. The side of my house has painted vinyl siding. When they pulled the tape off, they pulled off patches of paint all across the back of my house. At first the owner denied they even did it. Then when he admitted they did it he blamed the painter who painted the house, saying that the paint was all wrong and the house wasn't prepped correctly. The bottom line is, he wanted to just touchup the area that pulled off (after the paint had been on the house for 9 years). Refused to do anything else, so it's going to cost me to have the whole back of the house repainted so everything matches. He did give me a $100 break on the price after I asked for it, but according to HIS Sherwin Williams expert - it could cost about $600 to repaint the back of the house, and with my luck it will probably cost more.

Deck was powerwashed. Deck was brushed and spray painted. Tree trunks were spray painted and Vinyl siding on House was brush painted along the outer edge of the deck. Paint will not come off the house vinyl or trees. Amatuer job. Unresponsive to dissatifaction. Paint started peeling in 1 year. Would not hire this company again!

The project took a day. He did the job, but we were not really happy with the outcome. The deck did not turn out the way we wanted it to. It shows every mark and every scratch.

He is real good. It is a three man crew and he does the work that he says he is going do. He follow through on his promises. One year I had a problem with the way it looked and the next year he did it for free.

DO NOT HIRE. It was horrible, our deck looks worse now than before we even had hired them. They treated us fine, I just think the stain they used was a poor quality. They were HORRIBLE.

He was very timely and prompt, fair in prices and I would use him again.

They did a good job. They came on time, completed the job in a timely manner and did a nice job.

While not the cheapest estimate, the job was very satisfactory. The estimate was explained in detail, Terry was reliable in starting and finishing the job (over a two day period) and the end-result is excellent. Also impressive was the care taken to protect the surrounding shrubs and the house from cleaner/stain, which was applied with a power hose. After completing the job Terry cleaned the area and no mess was left.

They were the only ones that responded promptly and the price was good.

Terry pressure washed and stained our fence and deck. They both look fantastic -- as good as they did when we first installed them 7 years ago. Terry was very responsive and the quality of his work was excellent. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

We contacted this company for an estimate to paint the exterior of our home and received a message to call them back. When we attempted to call the number we were given, the phone was disconnected and we have not been able to make a connection with the company. Went with someone else.

Called in mid-March for a quote. Company called back about once a week to double check address and kept promising a quote soon. No written quote was ever rec'd. At the end of April, rec'd a call from the company with ranges of prices for deck maintenance work. Very unprofessional. If they didn't want the job - they should have just said so upfront. Instead, I kept two other vendors waiting for six weeks. No written quote provided. Very unprofessional phone calls and follow-up.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY PROMPT WITH QUOTES & DOING THE WORK (WE HIRED THEM TO CLEAN/WASH/STAIN OUR DECK TWO YEARS AGO). THE GUYS THAT COME ARE PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, & DO A GREAT JOB. THEY BY FAR ARE WORTH EVERY DOLLAR RATHER THAN DOING IT OURSELVES.

TERRY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, SCHEDULED ACCORDING TO MY WISHES AND DID A QUALITY JOB. CLEAN UP WAS SATISFACTORY. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE WORKED WITH OTIS B AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

ORIGINAL PHONE CALL FOR ESTIMATE RETURNED PROMPTLY. CAME OUT WITHIN A DAY TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE. DID THE WORK BY THE END OF WEEK REQUESTED. (WEATHER WAS GOOD MOST OF THE WEEK) WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. BOTH DECKS LOOKED GREAT WHEN COMPLETED!! ONLY THING I WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE WOULD BE BETTER NOTIFICATION ON WHEN WORK WOULD BE DONE. WOULD CALL AND SAY WE'LL BE THERE TOMORROW AND THEN NOT HEAR ANYTHING. I WOULD WAIT AROUND ALL DAY, THEN CALL AND WAS TOLD I WAS PUSHED BACK TO THE NEXT DAY. BUT THEY DID SHOW UP EARLY THE NEXT DAY.
