The deck was cleaned as stained. We were very happy with the results.

Estimate completed, and work was started as soon as weather cooperated, gave good recommendation on a change in brand of deck satin -- so far so good (jury out on wear). Quality was excellent.

They did a decent job on the walls / ceilings. There were a few spots where only 1 coat was applied, and I had to touch up. Also, they dripped paint on my newly refinished hardwood floors. I have to go back and clean that up. For the price, I kind of expect a few mistakes.

The guys showed up and were VERY professional. Painted hallway and ceiling in a 5 hour period - had them come back out a week later to paint another bedroom and ceiling. Quick - professional - no haggling - AWESOME!!

They did an awesome job. Had many compliments on the deck. Have had them before and always been pleased. They do a great job protecting the house and shrubs around the deck when they are staining so they don't ruin anything.

They only sent one guy but he was great! Professional cleaned up after himself. Asked appropriate questions. Would recommend them!

The route was bumpy but the end result was great! We had problems getting in touch with each other - in both directions. The weather did not cooperate. Finally, once the work was done, there was a freak downpour the same afternoon and washed all the paint off one set (the other set was protected by an overhang). It took a few weeks to get them re-painted due to previously scheduled work and again, the weather, but they got here last week, finished up the job, and the shutters look wonderful. I failed to read the deal carefully, and when I realized I had to buy the paint, and also powerwash the shutters or pay to have it done, I felt the job was a bit expensive, however, they did do a great job, so overall, I'm very satisfied. They were very professional to deal with a very polite, but they could step up their appearance a notch. I know it's not a job for fancy clothes, but even matching t-shirts would have improved their visual impression.

Large awning removed in July 2015; two awnings taken offsite and repainted in July, then reaffixed to house; two more awnings repainted in August; shutters repainted in August 2015. Start date was delayed due to rain in June 2015, but contractor was fairly timely in July and August. I did not ever see the work performed, but I saw the results and Deck Doctor did a great job with the painting; also retuned left over paint (I supplied paint per the contract). I would call contractor again for other work, but contractor balked at painting, since he stated he was not certified for lead paint removal, and I have an older home. Price included Angie's List fee for painting of two sets of shutters, plus removal of awnings and repainting of awnings (not part of the Angie's List Deal).

Not a fan. I mean there work was good, they came at a reasonable time, but they sprayed our house so now it has some stains on it from when they did the deck. If they didn't spray our house we would have them back this year but it is hard to work with someone who has already made a mistake and we don't want anything like that to happen again. They cleaned up there stuff just fine but I wouldn't consider the house being sprayed very clean.

It went very well, Terry was very accommodating, he came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate, Cory came out and power washed the deck and did a very good job, Frank and Allon came out and out the new boards on top of the railing, Frank rebuilt the steps put the boards in that I asked, they came around noon, and left around seven, he also did me a favor, the bird feeder ruins the deck, and he stained extra wood leftover so that I can put my bird feeder in the middle of the deck, and he left me extra stain if I want to move it. I was just very impressed with the team and they did a great job. They worked very hard and came out when I asked them too. I was very satisfied.

I had a few complaints about the service. Overall the job they did looks good. They did a good job, but there were a few problems that should be noted. The owner of the company came and looked and gave an estimate, and it ended up being more than the Big Deal amount because I didn't read the fine print in the Big Deal that it was for a certain sized deck. It ended up being a lot more money than I had planned, but I went ahead with it because I already paid some of the money for the Big Deal. It ended up being more than $600 which was a lot, but I figured once a while it is alright to do that, but I had high expectations because I was paying so much money. The owner said that he would assign one of his crews to come and pressure wash the deck. The next day weather permitting, they would come fix, stain, and seal it. I asked him to let me know when the crew was coming because he wasn't sure when he was going to schedule them because I wanted to be here when they came and he said he would, but he did not. He failed to tell me when they were coming and it turned out that they came when I was not here which I was not happy about. He gave the reason that he had a family emergency. I don't know what to do about that, but the workers came and they moved all the furniture off the deck and set it along the path. It was a walkway that they were also going to pressure wash. They proceeded to do their job, but when they pressure washed the doorway, they sprayed the items that they had lined up along the side of the walkway. They were coated in dirty water including an item of clothing and some cushions from a swing, and so forth so that was not good. I complained and he sent another crew out that same evening. They came and did a quick hose down of the items so it made things so much better but it was still messy and not satisfactory. When the owner came and looked at the deck, he saw that a board was sticking up. He said that the workers would nail the board down because that is part of that job that they quoted me. He wasn't here when the workers came, and so they didn't proceed to do that because he didn't tell them or remind them. That small aspect of it, the board is still sticking out in the deck, that remains. Otherwise, it looks very nice and so I let those things go without asking them to come back again. I don't think I would do the Big Deal through Angie's List again because it could end up costing considerably more than I thought it would. It took longer than I expected but they got a lot of orders from during the Big Deal. They said they got backed up. They came when I was not here because they didn't fulfill my request of I being informed when they were coming.

Work was wonderfully done!!! One room went from dark blue to a light sky blue and the other room went from multiple dark colors-brights pink, dark neon green, dark blue and a dark orange color to a cream beige. Can not see the dark colors at all the paint job is wonderful. I am so happy with the work they did and it only took about 4 hours with two painters. This would have taken me forever to do my self. Thank you guys so much for the great job!!!!

Scheduling proved to be difficult. Although they always answered my calls, not always promptly and it ended up taking from June till September until the work was actually done. They took the shutters down, painted them (color change took 2 1/2 coats) and rehung them. The work was done very well and the shutters look great. When they were at my home, they were friendly, polite and very nice.

Terry and his crew were excellent at explaining the process and completed every thing as they stated in the estimate. This included wrapping the siding to avoid any over spray. They were conscientious about the color to ensure good coverage and it looked great when it was finished. They cleaned up efficiently and were polite and respectful.

Never called back, never showed up. Had to get money refunded from angie's list.

I have large rooms so they measured and the difference to paint was 105 dollars. Still a good deal. Nice work. 2 coats. Courteous workers that clean up after themselves. I had them quote additional work.

Painter didn't know patching needed to be done but had no problem doing it. He was there from 11:45-6:45 and minus the 2 spots we (the owners) hadn't noticed needed major patch work, did an excellent job!

Scheduling was a little bit difficult. There were some charges that weren't included in the original package.

Deck work was excellent. Deck looks great and much better than before. Will contact the company again when it needed.

Purchased the deal in June, job completed in August. In the end paid more than the original deal.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my deck. I bought the 199 coupon, but this did end up costing about 500.00 due to the size of my deck. Terry and his crew were unable to provide an exact date and time d/t weather conditions; however, they came by and cleaned on one day and then stained, sealed the following day. The finished product was excellent. The cost was a little more than I had anticipated but I am very happy with the outcome.

EXCELLENT! Intially bought an Angie's list coupon to use for three rooms;didn't realize how bad the walls were until removed artwork and pictures; found huge cracks and other problems. The job turned out to be bigger than expected. Frank and assistants worked to ensure perfect fixes. Took a lot more time than expected, but they did what was needed. I would recommend these folks in a heartbeat! Will have them come again to do other rooms at a later date. Excellent work; good prices; explained what was needed, fixed and repaired...house looks great! EXCELLENT!
