The team of 2 painters did an excellent job. They worked hard and quickly, and I'm pleased with the results. And they left the rooms cleaner than how they found them, which was amazing! The manager could be a bit more professional when talking with clients and setting up appointments, but that's something i'm willing to overlook because the rest of the experience was excellent. I would use them again.

Terry sent four of the nicest, professional guys to do the job. As soon as they came in, they introduced themselves and got right to work covering the floor and all. This was a big job, there was so much ceiling to do. They did an amazing job in seven hours with total cleanup time included. We were amazed at how perfect it was, their trim work was excellent. I have to say, we are so satisfied with this company, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We left for the day to get out of their way, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see the beautiful results when we came back. Seriously, check them out. You won't regret it.

Not well. The appointment was not confirmed until the day of the event, requiring me to leave work to remove items from the deck. The power washing maintenance man went to the wrong deck, requiring me to leave work for the 2nd time on the same day regarding a water issue that was moot. The staining was done three days after the washing, on a day when it rained just a few hours after the stain was applied.

It went very well. The painter did an excellent job. He was very professional. He removed his shoes prior to entering the house in order to avoid getting my carpeting dirty. He also did a good job of cleaning up after finishing the paint job.

Painting completed great job. Disappointed that there was an extra charge to paint Bedroom ceiling. Feel advertisement for job was misleading. Ceiling is part of the room.

More repair was needed than we first expected. There was more damage under the deck than at first thought, so cost of materials and labor went up. I'm pleased they found the additional problems and were able to solve them. Repairs and painting was of excellent quality. Would use again. But sometimes scheduling was hard to nail down. They appeared to be a bit overwhelmed with orders. But when they did the work it was fine.

It went very well. The two men that did the work were efficient, careful, knowledgeable and delightful. They did an EXCELLENT job. The deck looks brand new. Since there was 350 square feet more deck than the Angie's List deal provided, I chose to pay the difference and have the Deck Doctor/House Medic do the work. I am VERY HAPPY that I made that choice.

Job was done very well but had to call repeatedly to get the job done.

Firstly, they had to remove all my deck furniture to do the work. The men who removed and put back the desk furniture, power washed and stained the deck were punctual and very courteous. My deck, which is the length of the house, looks absolutely beautiful and I am very pleased with it. I definitely will use them gain.

There was some miscommunication between the provider and the contractor which resulted in some minor work not being completed. This still needs to be resolved.

It went very well. Terry came out and assessed the condition of the deck. They came and started next day. The finished product was great,the deck looks brand new. He pressure washed the deck ,sanded it as it was very badly weathered and stained it. He did this within a week. We were very satisfied.

The were very responsive to my phone call. Came out to my home the same day to measure and give me a quote. As soon as weather broke, early spring, they came and power washed the deck, and 2 days later stained the deck. They wrapped the entire back of my home in plastic, as well as all my plants and shrubs. (they used canvas those). It is now the end of August, and my deck still looks great. I am not putting the cost of service as I have a larger deck, and prices are based on square footage. The price of Deck Doctor was within other companies. My suggestion is to get a couple of quotes for your needs.
