Description of Work: We had a large ash tree that needed removal. We wanted removal that would be not disturpt the yard and grass areas. T and K promised that they could remove the tree without using major heavy equipment. We requested that they leave the larger pieces of wood for our home use and remove the branches. Tom and his crew arrived on time and delivered as promised. They took down the tree and cleaned up the area as promised. We would surely use T and K Tree Service again and refer them to others.

Description of Work: The man was somewhat arrogant. When I advised him that I'd decided not to use their service, he had a strange attitude and got very nasty and went into a tirade and told me he didn't need my f***ing business anyway. I told him there was something about his attitude that irritated me. Obviously he doesn't handle refusals too well.

Description of Work: I phoned T&K Tree Service for an estimate on trimming several trees in my front and back yard. Tom Kapantas was very honest with me regarding his service. He said his company was more a tree removal service than a tree trimming service. He said he would still do the work if I could not find anyone else but that it would be costly ($600 plus labor) because he would be sending his trucks out from Lorain. I thanked him for his honesty and said I would post this note on Angie's List so it could help others.
