I struggled with whether or not to write this review, and finally decided that I would. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as most of the other reviewers, so maybe Onix just worked for me at a bad time in their business. Overall, my impression was that they book too much work and therefore speed matters far more than quality service. While they commit to doing a thorough cleaning and say that customer service is very important, I didn't find the results of their work to equal their promises. But before I give a few examples, let me say that Susana and her crew are very nice people, and i think they want to do a good job. They just don't devote the time to doing anything well. I probably should have bowed out when Susana rescheduled my cleaning appointment twice before she even got to my house for the first time. She said other customers had pressing needs. I guess she didn't think I did. I wanted this to work out, though, so I went along with her. I've lived in my house for almost 30 years and believe me, I know how long it takes to clean it thoroughly. Every company I've used for these 30 years that has done a good job has taken about 12 hours. And that is what Susana approximated. In her terms, each time it would be three people for about two hours for half the house, which would equal twelve hours for the entire house. However, she did say she would charge by the job, and not in terms of time. I should have paid more attention to that, because the last time I had her clean for me, she and her crew spent only one hour and 10 minutes on the upstairs of my house. It was evident that they had cut corners virtually everywhere. The bathroom faucets still had some soap and toothpaste on them, the shower doors weren't cleaned properly, things on the bookcases had been knocked over but not put back in the proper place. When I brought this to her attention, she said I must be mistaken. Mistaken? Was she saying my eyes were lying to me? So much for the issue of time. I discovered that even though they had cleaned the kitchen supposedly each time they had come rather than every other time, they had never once opened the oven and cleaned it. Also evident was their lack of thoroughness in vacuuming. We have cats, And even though we comb them regularly, they still leave fur around. I told her this before she started the job. Unfortunately when they vacuumed our family room afterwards I could still actually see cat fur on the couch and the rug. My husband redid the vacuuming and got a large amount of cat fur in the vacuum. I honestly think they had vacuumed the floor and the couch, but I just don't think they spent very much time doing it because it was such a superficial job. I could go on with examples, but I don't think it's necessary. I think you understand the essence of my experience with them. As I said I had really hoped that this would work out but it just didn't, and after I think it was four times cleaning, I told Susannah I no longer wanted her services. Her reaction to this was to tell me that I would have to pay for the upcoming cleaning appointment, which was almost a day and a half away. Even my doctor doesn't require that much time for a cancelled appointment! Needless to say I haven't paid her.

They were both very impressed and absolutely delighted! The crew moved furniture, cleaned rugs, and left every surface sparkling. They said the whole house smelled fresh and had NEVER been so clean!

Susana and her team did a great job. She was very responsive and flexible with me in regards to setting up a time. The team was punctual and did an awesome job in a short amount of time. It is clear that this team knows what they are doing. Very polite team and very thorough cleaning. Exceeded my expectations. I plan to use them again and highly recommend.

Very well. Two man crew showed up on time and stuck with it until completed, despite high and difficult to reach windows. We are pleased.

Susana was amazing. Her team showed up on time, and performed many more services than I had expected. She not only cleaned those things I specifically asked for, but she went above and beyond wiping down walls, cleaning inside window frames, etc. They were also very efficient, completing all of the work in only 2 hours. Her team was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Susana again and plan to use her in the future.

This company has cleaned my home twice now and I'm a huge fan. Family-owned company, fast and professional cleaners with great attention to detail. Wonderful group to work with. Highly recommended.

The team is awesome. Trustworthy, kind and attentive to detail. Always smiling. They clean fantastic and work, work, work. If you ask for them to do something, a special request,they will without any problem. It is a team of 3-4 people and the same people always come to your home. The owner of the Company is a doll, her communication is terrific. She is always punctual and returns calls immediately. I am so happy I found them. I feel really lucky, because it is not easy to find cleaners these days that really seem to care.

I can't say enough good things about Susana, her staff and the service. My house needed a lot of tender loving care as previous cleaning teams did only an adequate job. The Onix cleaning team each has a responsibility and Susana checks on the job when they have completed their work. They spend the most time in the kitchen and bathrooms and make sure that every surface is cleaned including all cupboard doors in the kitchen and all drawer doors in kitchen and bath. Usually within a few days of my past cleaning crews leaving, there was grime and dirt visible. Between the deep cleaning and the b-weekly cleaning, the house barely looked dusty or dirty. My husband is very finicky and he, too, is very pleased - high praise indeed.

I keep using them because of good work. They do pretty work with price.

I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.

I appreciate her trustworthiness and dependability and am pleased with the results. Just last week I requested extra help to clean the house of a relative who was coming home from the hospital. She made special arrangements to have the house cleaned during the weekend due to the fact that the work couldn't be fit in otherwise. The house looked and smelled great.

Susana and her team are wonderful. She is always on the job. Every detail is addressed and before Susana leaves, she will ask me for a walk through to see if anything was missed. I would recommend her to anyone.

Susana and her team cleaned the house with excellent attention to detail - wiped out cabinets, wiped doors, cleaned out refrigerator and microwave in preparation for our home to sell. She made sure that I was happy with the process, walking me through each room at the end of the cleaning to ensure I was happy with the work and completed touch ups(minor) that I noted. I am so pleased with her service that I am having her come clean my new home. The entire job was completed in a little over 2 hours due to their efficiency.

I want to start off by saying that I will highly recommend this company. After buying a house I needed a deep clean done and contacted Susana, she was very kind and professional. She was also very flexible and understanding of my needs. She showed up and made this house look like no one was ever there, for what I think is very fair price. Overall I am very happy and will recommended her services.

The women showed up willing to work very hard and did an outstanding job!!!! My husband and I are so encouraged as I am dealing with a chronic illness and cannot keep the house the way I did before. They are thorough and pay attention to detail! I cannot see one reason why you would not want this cleaning service in your home! As a bonus, they are very FRIENDLY! Susana is always smiling. The other women were very friendly too. That was also appreciated!

Susana is fantastic! Very quick and professional response. Great personality, very warm and outgoing. Available for a consultation immediately. Returned calls immediately. She gave me a consultation and was at my home cleaning the next day! Very thorough work. She even rearranged my living room furniture and mobile kitchen island to open up the space in my small apartment and it looked fantastic! I'm leaving it this way. Bathrooms spotless! Expertly folded a load of clean laundry that had been sitting on my couch for days! I'm embarrassed to admit I had a gunky/hair clogged shower drain that I kept putting off cleaning. She cleaned it!! I hired Susana for biweekly cleanings and I am so relieved that I have the right professional to help me maintain my home so that I don't have to worry about it. I highly recommend her!

Onix has been cleaning our house since mid-winter (the service was a Christmas gift we gave to ourselves). We had them come in for a deep clean first as the dog, two cats, and 13-month-old boy had left our place needing a little extra help. That initial clean was about twice the weekly price but it was worth every penny. After the baseline and quot;deep cleanand quot; we started having the service come by the house every other week. Our place isn't tiny, but it's no mansion (about 1900 sq. ft.) so the every-other-week schedule works really well for us. As for the professionalism, Susanna and her crew are punctual and thorough and always a pleasure to work with.

Susana and her ladies have been cleaning my house bi-weekly for over 2 years now. They do a fantastic job. I am so happy when I come home from a busy day, walk into my spotless clean smelling home. I highly recommend Onix!!!

Very punctual. Susana and her crew get right to work every time. We use them 2 times a month. They do a great job. This is an update to an older post. They have proven themselves to be dependable. They clean very well. The house smells and looks so clean and put together when they are finished. If you are looking for a dependable team you cannot go wrong by picking Susana and her team. She lets you know when she is on her way. She communicates with you if there is a problem and she cannot get there at the designated time. I am happy with their work performance.

Susana and her team do an excellent job cleaning our home once every two weeks. We started off with a deep clean last November and then got on a bi-weekly schedule. I love coming home to a very clean home. I purchased the cleaning supplies based on what Susana said they would like to use (many other services provide all of the supplies, but they also charge more; in the end it's cheaper to buy our own) and they store them in the basement and under the kitchen sink. They supply the mops and vacuum cleaner. Susana checks in with me to make sure we are happy with the service and we definitely have been thus far. The house is spectacular after each cleaning.

They come in and right away clean the baseboards, sweep, mop and do a great job. Depending on how much you need done that is what will determine what they do. Our house doesn't need a deep clean every two weeks. They clean well, so we don't need that. We keep it basically clean. They are needed to do the rest. When I need to have a deep clean, she will come through, and I will pay her price. She is affordable. Deep cleans are more expensive.

Susana and her crew of 2–3 cleans our house once every two weeks. They do a great job of cleaning our bathrooms and bedrooms, changing the bedsheets, vacuuming and mopping the floors and leaving our kitchen spotless. The are very conscientious—working around our stuff if we leave them out. Most importantly, they manage to tackle all of the dog hair all over the house! They have been cleaning our house for a year now and I find them to be trustworthy and kind people.

The work of this service is thorough and exceptional. They are reliable and consistent. I can trust their work and integrity. I am pleased and happy that they take care of my cleaning needs. They leave my house spotless. I couldn't recommend them more.
